Starting price includes:

  • Whole venue hire, includes Medieval Barn, club room with a bespoke light and sound and cocktail bar.
  • The Haybarn Bar, ideal for a rainy drinks reception, or the Manor's gardens if sunny.
  • A highly experienced venue manager on your wedding day to provide technical support.
  • Tables and chairs, microphone for speeches, easels and cake table.
  • Outside Courtyard space with summer house and seating for sunny reception drinks.

Additional costs:

These items are not included in the price above but can be added for an additional fee:

  • Additional ceremony hire cost of £750.
  • Wedding accommodation for 18 guests from £4,100 for a two-night weekend or three-night midweek stay.
  • Catering, from £66 - £200 pp, is in addition to our prices. Your chosen caterer provides bar.
  • The Grain Barn (sleeps 22), Wheat Apartment (sleeps 4) and Barley Apartment (sleeps 4) opening 2026.
  • Artisan bread and pastries breakfast basket for up to 18 guests £280.

Sandon Manor offers versatile reception options, including the Medieval Barn for banqueting and a cocktail bar. The barn has a club room that adds to the venue’s appeal, featuring a bespoke light and sound system for a lively celebration. Guests can enjoy drinks in the Manor’s formal gardens if the sun is shining, and the Haybarn Bar is available for wet-weather receptions, ensuring that every aspect of the day is perfect regardless of the weather.

Accommodation

Sandon Manor provides sumptuous accommodation for a wedding party of up to 16 guests, offering an exclusive and relaxing stay. The recently refurbished Dovecote is a stunning honeymoon suite just a short distance from the manor house. This Hertfordshire venue allows guests to enjoy the exclusivity of the entire site for a few days, making for a truly unique wedding experience.

Food & Drink

We offer a selection of outstanding venue caterers. Catering costs range from £66 to £200 per person and are in addition to our venue prices.

Your chosen caterer will also provide your evening cocktail bar, ensuring a seamless experience for your guests.

For your reception drinks and meal, you can choose from the Sandon Manor wine list or your caterer’s selection of wines and fizz. Alternatively, corkage fees will apply if you prefer to bring your own.
