- Additional ceremony hire cost of £750.
- Wedding accommodation for 18 guests from £4,100 for a two-night weekend or three-night midweek stay.
- Catering, from £66 - £200 pp, is in addition to our prices. Your chosen caterer provides bar.
- The Grain Barn (sleeps 22), Wheat Apartment (sleeps 4) and Barley Apartment (sleeps 4) opening 2026.

Sandon Manor offers versatile reception options, including the Medieval Barn for banqueting and a cocktail bar. The barn has a club room that adds to the venue’s appeal, featuring a bespoke light and sound system for a lively celebration. Guests can enjoy drinks in the Manor’s formal gardens if the sun is shining, and the Haybarn Bar is available for wet-weather receptions, ensuring that every aspect of the day is perfect regardless of the weather.
Accommodation
Sandon Manor provides sumptuous accommodation for a wedding party of up to 16 guests, offering an exclusive and relaxing stay. The recently refurbished Dovecote is a stunning honeymoon suite just a short distance from the manor house. This Hertfordshire venue allows guests to enjoy the exclusivity of the entire site for a few days, making for a truly unique wedding experience.
Food & Drink
We offer a selection of outstanding venue caterers. Catering costs range from £66 to £200 per person and are in addition to our venue prices.
Your chosen caterer will also provide your evening cocktail bar, ensuring a seamless experience for your guests.
For your reception drinks and meal, you can choose from the Sandon Manor wine list or your caterer’s selection of wines and fizz. Alternatively, corkage fees will apply if you prefer to bring your own.

- From London: Around a 1-hour drive via the M11 and A10.
- From Cambridge: Approximately 40 minutes via the A10.
By Train:
- From London Liverpool Street: A direct train to Bishop’s Stortford takes around 40 minutes. From there, it’s a 30-minute taxi ride to Sandon Manor.
- From London St Pancras: A direct train to Baldock or Ashwell station takes around 50 minutes. From there, it’s a 10-minute taxi ride to Sandon Manor.
- From Cambridge: Trains to Royston station take 15 minutes, followed by a 15-minute taxi ride.
By Air:
- London Stansted Airport is just 30 minutes away, providing easy access for international guests.
