Lizzie:
Our licensed Yurt Bar is part of our Complete Luxury Wedding Yurt Package and includes our beautiful vintage wooden bar, décor, vintage glassware, fully trained staff, ice, licences and insurance.
Our staff will look after you and your guests throughout your wedding reception and party, serving your welcome drinks, setting up cocktail stations, chilling and serving your drinks for the reception and bubbles for your speeches, they will clear the glasses and keep the yurts and your outside venue looking beautiful.
The menu can be tailored to suit your requirements and tastes, we always have an extensive selection of vintage whiskys, brandy, rum and botanical gin and vodka. We also stock local beer, ales and cider and delicious selection of red and white wines. We are happy to create a special cocktail for you and your guests – just let us know what flavours and ingredients you like!
We design three signature cocktails every season to wow your guests and add an extra sparkle to your party. Our most popular is called ‘Pink Bird’ and is made with raspberry gin, wild hibiscus flowers and a pink sparkling pinot noir.

We serve your drinks on silver trays or decorated with seasonal flowers, in large glass urns where guests can help themselves or we can set up a cocktail station with all the ingredients for your guests to create their own D.I.Y cocktail. We can also create a cocktail especially for you and our large glass urns can be filled with cocktails of your choice.
We are in our element making cocktails and love introducing new drinks we have discovered to our wedding guests. We spend our summer foraging for wild herbs, flowers and fruits and concoct syrups, liqueurs, syrups and tinctures to add to our signature cocktails.
We also love discovering new drinks from local suppliers and other more exotic drinks from further a field.

It is important to us to serve high quality delicious drinks in a beautiful way, we don’t like anything which involves red bull and ends with the word bomb! We can create almost any cocktail, if we don’t have the ingredients we will tailor make a cocktail to suit you. We have an abundant selection of fresh herbs, fruit syrups, botanical spirits to mix with all kinds of bubbly.
Our latest favorite find is a Bolivian coca leaf Liquor called Agwa, it is an award winning herbal recipe which contains 37 different herbs and botanicals. We serve it with fresh mint leaves, prosecco, lots of lime and crushed ice and for an extra potent version we add a shot of wild mint Eau de Vie (aka ‘Fire Water’).
Our absolute favourite shot for the end of the night is a coffee and chocolate tequila liquor called Patron. Beyond delicious!
We always have 3-4 different gins on the bar because this is by far the most popular of spirits. Every month we introduce a new brand. This month is ‘Monkey 47’; amazingly at last weekend’s wedding we had a guest who was from the village where it is made in the Black Forest, Germany! So, of course it was Monkey 47’s all round!
