Wanderlust by Anna Campbell

Over the past few years Perfect Day Bride has had a love affair with everything Australian. It started on Instagram (of course), the whole Aussie vibe was a breath of fresh air, something different, some thing exciting. The modern day aesthetics, utter coolness and crowd-pleasing designs shone through and I just knew I wanted to bring a slice of Australia to PDB.

The boutique’s first Australian investment was Anna Campbell, one of Australia’s biggest bridal names. I fell completely head over heels with her dream like dresses and just knew the boutique’s brides would adore the free spirited, bohemian vibe of the collection.

And today I’m here to chat about her new collection named Wanderlust.

The Amelie Dress

Already in love with Anna’s incredible embellishments and unique lace adornments that are unique to her, Wanderlust is no different. Think modern day bohemian. The new 13-piece collection features exclusive embroidered fabrics, silks, custom-designed laces, sexy new silhouettes and mesmerising hand-beaded embellishments.

Expect to see jaw dropping open backs with shimmering details, and unique hand-drawn embellishments, such as the 3D oral appliqué of the Paige Dress, made from raw cut ribbon and silk organza, with sparkling glass beads and ivory pearlescent shimmer. All hand made and cut in Melbourne Australia.

My eyes are personally drawn to ‘Wanda’ the ultimate bridal statement dress. Created from a tulle fabric luxuriously hand-beaded with thousands of hand-sewn sequins, sparkling glass beads and pearls. I could certainly see a bride swooning around a venue from Coco’s Bohemian Beats Venues.

Now here’s the exciting bit. The Wanderlust collection is coming to the UK exclusively to Perfect Day Bride this October.

The full wanderlust collection will be with us for one weekend only; Friday 26^th – Saturday 27^th October.
