The list could be endless but I urge you to really take a hard look at what you actually need on the day and what reflects you as a couple. There’s no point having a blow-up flamingo in the corner if you’re more vintage cup & saucer at home. It’s very easy to see ALL the wedding inspiration and think if only you had that (insert desired object) my wedding would be perfect! But in all honestly, your wedding should look like you, feel like you and totally reflect your taste and style as a couple. So put that hay bale down.
Now we’ve worked with some truly awesome prop hire companies and you can find our absolute faves over on our Suppliers We Love page. These folks are a pretty ace place to start to really get a look or vibe going for your wedding day décor, but alongside the experts I’m also a big fan of merging any big-day purchases with your own interior tastes. There are lots of gorgeous online shops that can help you with those wedding day details that will then continue their life in your home. I love spotting various bits and bobs from our wedding tucked away on book shelves! Indeed on our last styled shoot, a bohemian festival in the woodlands for GreenAcres, I carted half my house to the venue for styling purposes!
So with this in mind, I’ve popped some of my fave shops below with some of their most covetable boho items.
