Casterley Barn – An Eco-Friendly Wedding Venue

by Emma Hla
Images by Lydia Stamps Photography.
Casterley Barn is a breath-taking contemporary barn venue for up to 100 guests, perched in prime position on a Wiltshire hilltop with views that stretch for miles across the Vale of Pewsey.

Purpose-built in 2017, Casterley Barn offers an eco-friendly, exclusive-use setting for your dream day, proving that sustainability and style can be a match made in heaven. Both the chic barn and the outdoor garden arbour, complete with an infinity lawn, are licensed for your civil ceremony.

Catering to couples who want to throw the best party ever for their wedding without it costing the earth, Casterley Barn combines green credentials with flawless service, a private setting and phenomenal views to blow your guests away.

Enjoying a prime position on the family-run, Rushall Organics estate, eco-friendly initiatives were in Casterley Barn’s roots, as Director of Events Rachel explains: “We wanted to create a wedding venue that was sustainably built with no sacrifice to style – inside or out. With very careful planning, we’ve created a modern and ultra-luxurious barn wedding venue in Wiltshire that can run entirely off-the-grid. It’s the perfect setting for ceremonies of up to 100 guests and parties for 100 more.”

Eco-friendly weddings are one of the biggest wedding trends this year. Weddings are a celebration of your commitment to a future together, so it makes sense to consider the impact of your big day on the future too.

Offering a start-to-finish experience, couples can have as much or as little help as they like when planning their Casterley Barn wedding. “From sourcing artisan local spirits to recommending regional entertainment acts and even organising firework displays, we’ve scoured the county for the crème de la crème of wedding suppliers who can help make your day amazing.”

With unparalleled Wiltshire views framed by wall-to-wall glazing and a beautifully manicured garden, Casterley Barn doesn’t only offer a venue, it offers one of England’s most scenic landscapes. Rachel adds “The Rushall Organics estate forms the land for almost as far as the eye can see, giving you unparalleled photo opportunities.”
