My husband was a total traditionalist and desperately wanted a cake on our big day. So that’s what we had. But, lo and behold it was a delicious Croquembouche he sampled at a beautiful event at Fetcham Park that made him consider the alternative. In fact, the sweet treat created by Papillon Patisserie “changed his life”.
That’s an actual quote from my boy. He takes his desserts very seriously.
