Mi Amour at Manor House Lindley

Written by Emma Hla
From the moment you step inside Manor House Lindley you’re overwhelmed by the beautiful hotel grounds and event spaces, each area entirely unique, yet entirely perfect.

From floral heaven, art deco glamour to prohibition moods, Manor House Lindley has it all and more, and this striking editorial will make it even harder not to fall for its vintage charms.

Notes from the Venue

We’re located in the heart of Lindley, Huddersfield and we wanted to showcase the amazing diversity of The Coach House Venue. Whether it’s dramatic, elegant, luxurious, whimsical or soft and natural vibes you’re going for with your wedding styling – the stunning and versatile backdrop of Manor House Lindley has a space to match your dreams.

We felt by using a wide range of warm colours, such as shades of pinks, peaches and oranges that we could create that relaxing vibe – this colour palette was then reflected in the flowers and room dĂ©cor.

Josey and Eduard were the perfect model couple for this shoot, as the adoration and relaxation they had with each other really shone through.

Josey wore two beautiful dresses, her first dress by Nicole Milano and her second dress by Wtoo by Watters, both from Elizabeth Lucas. Her hair was styled in a delicate up-do by Amiee Grant and we used different hair accessories by Amore Headwear to create alternate looks to complement the dresses. The finishing touch of the soft makeup by Emma Hartley, really complemented both the natural beauty of Josey and also the dress styles.

The ceremony setting and table decor was styled perfectly by Belle Bijoux.

Positioning the top table adjacent to our large shutter windows gave a different view and layout to our Coach House. The names and menus, designed by Raspberry Toast, were placed on white dinner plates. The crockery was simple but stylish and by adding just a few candles to the table and a floral centrepiece this gave the table an elegant yes relaxed feel.

Belle Bijoux found florist Dittany Entwined for this styled shoot, and left the flower selection in her very capable hands. As well as the bouquet and table arrangement, a pampas archway was installed to surround the couple for their wedding ceremony.

This shoot is both aspirational but attainable in style for all couples on their big day, and the minimalistic yet relaxed theme showcases our Coach House perfectly.
