Black tie, monochrome styling, crisp white florals and a stunning venue set the scene, while plenty of time spent with the people who mattered most made the day feel wonderfully relaxed. Over to L & M…

We chose Froyle Park because we loved having the venue exclusively to ourselves for the day. The beautiful grounds and generous space meant everyone could relax and celebrate together, and it was a huge bonus that so many of our guests could stay overnight.

Our vision was minimal, timeless and sophisticated. The groom and groomsmen wore classic black tie, while the bridesmaids wore elegant floor-length black dresses. My dress couldn’t have been more fitting – it was called Simplicity, and that’s exactly what I was looking for.
That understated style carried through into our décor. We kept everything clean and elegant with white florals and plenty of fresh greenery to complement the bridal party. Hannah at Hannah Rose Flowers brought our vision to life beautifully. I simply shared a few inspiration images of white flowers with greenery and trusted her to choose everything, and she absolutely nailed it.

Our cake was made by a family friend, Helen, whose cakes are always incredible, so she was an easy choice. We opted for a simple design that perfectly reflected the rest of the day.
Kalm Kitchen looked after our catering, and the food was exceptional. The canapés were a particular highlight, with so many guests commenting on how delicious they were. The team were fantastic throughout the day, keeping everyone’s glasses topped up and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Our photographer, Charlotte Stoneham, was amazing from start to finish. She made us feel completely at ease, and we loved having a pre-wedding shoot included in our package as it meant we felt so comfortable in front of the camera on the day itself. She captured so many beautiful moments that we’ll treasure forever.
We also had Daniel Pitts as our videographer, and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. His films are incredible, and we’re so grateful to have such a wonderful record of our day.

One of our favourite parts of the day was the drinks reception. It gave us the chance to catch up with all of our family and friends while making the most of Froyle Park’s beautiful outdoor spaces.
Our biggest piece of advice? Enjoy every single moment. The day goes by so quickly, so take it all in and savour every second.
