Katie & Greg: A Mediterranean Moment at Mas Torroella

The moment we discovered Mas Torroella, we just knew it was the one. It had this magical mix of charm, elegance, and natural beauty that completely stole our hearts. We loved the idea of having all our loved ones together in one beautiful place, surrounded by nature and history. It felt like the perfect backdrop to celebrate such a special moment in our lives — timeless, romantic, and truly unforgettable.

I wanted to feel completely myself on the day, just a more magical, bridal version! My outfit was a mix of classic and romantic, with delicate details that felt special to me. I chose something that flowed beautifully and felt effortless, but still made me feel confident and elegant.

For the final touch, I added a few personal accessories — and, of course, comfortable shoes for dancing the night away! It all came together perfectly, making me feel amazing from the moment I stepped into it.

We leaned into a soft, natural palette with touches of cream, blush, and greenery that complemented the villa’s stunning stone architecture and lush surroundings. The florals were abundant but never overdone—wildly romantic arrangements with roses, eucalyptus, and delicate meadow-style accents.

The ceremony space was styled simply to let the beauty of the setting shine, while the dinner area had a more elevated look with long tables, linen runners, and elegant glassware. Overall, the theme was relaxed luxury, with every detail feeling thoughtful, personal, and deeply connected to the surroundings.

Our florist was the incredibly talented maitemach. He truly brought our vision to life with floral designs that felt both natural and romantic. We opted for a soft, dreamy palette featuring lots of white and blush roses, delicate wildflowers, and an abundance of greenery to evoke the Mediterranean surroundings.

We chose Monchos for our catering, and they were absolutely incredible.

The food was a massive hit with all our guests—everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour. We really wanted a menu that celebrated Mediterranean cuisine, and Monchos delivered that perfectly. From the canapés to the main courses, each dish felt special and elevated, yet totally comforting.

As for the cake, we kept it simple and elegant. It was a classic design with a modern touch, and the flavours were just delicious. We’re still dreaming about it! Everything came together so seamlessly, and we’re so grateful to the team for creating such an unforgettable feast.

Not only is their work stunning—capturing every emotion, every tiny detail, every golden beam of light—but they are also such a wonderful presence to have around on the day. Calm, kind, and quietly capturing all the magic without ever feeling intrusive. We felt completely at ease with them, and looking back at the photos now, we’re blown away by how beautifully they’ve told the story of our day. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
