It’s always a pleasure featuring Sami Tipi and friends.

Not only do the team at Sami Tipi have the best supplier network, but they’re also masters of all things tents! The last time they featured here we were showing off their brand new domes, and today it’s all about luxury boho styling in their incredible Sailcloth tent.

You can view this gorgeous marquee option at their upcoming Autumn Showcase Weekend – you can find all the details right here.

But for now, over to Abi with all the delicious shoot notes…

Notes from Sami Tipi

Abi says…

This styled shoot was taken from our viewing event back in May at Cattows Farm, Leicestershire.

Cattows Farm has the most stunning open space, with fields, woodlands, and their signature stone circle. With such natural surroundings, it is the perfect backdrop for an outdoor wedding celebration and our Sailcloth complemented the space perfectly.

Cathy from Boelle Events wanted to create a bright but calming look in the Sailcloth, so we chose a colour palette of soft white tones and neutral textures with some pinks, and peaches added. Cathy has a signature Bohemian edge to her styling and we loved the fringed place mats, rattan statement petal chairs for the couple and wooden beaded chandelier.

Frankie at Bewilderly Signage created gorgeous calligraphy and name cards. The beautifully neutral stationery complemented the Sailcloth styling perfectly.

In addition to this, Edie from The Thread Tamer created two stunning bespoke macrame lanterns, which were a perfect fit. They hung alongside Cathy’s wooden beaded chandelier to create a show stopping hanging feature through the middle of the Sailcloth.

Lisa from The Old Manor House Bakery made a beautifully simplistic cake to finish off the styling details.

A big part of this styling was sustainability. Both Cathy and Maria from The Flower Patch are huge advocates for sustainability in their work and ensuring everything they use is sourced locally. Maria added her touch to the space with her gorgeous florals, with subtle pops of pinks and peaches as the centrepieces for the tables, combined with raised floral displays on the round tables.

Her colourful florals contrasted really nicely against the whites and neutrals of the styling. And the larger white floral displays really added to the calm and dreamy look that Cathy wanted to create.

As well as Cathy, Maria is a big advocate for sustainability in her work, growing a lot of her flowers in her own garden. Her floristry is inspired by nature and the changing seasons, with many of her flowers being British grown. As well as all being handpicked and arranged herself.

There are so many different options when it comes to colour palettes and styling themes, but if you are looking to strip back your styling and keep everything really simple and neutral, this look is perfect for you.

It is a really calm and dreamy look that works really well for those super chilled out couples, who are wanting a really relaxed wedding day.
