Adam & Jeddi’s Cornish Coastal Dream Wedding

Written by Emma Hla
Adam and Jeddi married at Tredudwell Manor in the picturesque landscapes of Cornwall.

On a delightful June day, and against the intimate and relaxed backdrop, the couple exchanged vows in an outdoor ceremony. The venue’s charm complemented their celebration, creating an atmosphere of joy and simplicity. With a bright summer colour palette adding a touch of warmth to the festivities, Adam and Jeddi’s wedding day at Tredudwell was a beautiful reflection of their love and the natural beauty surrounding them.

Notes from the Couple

Adam & Jeddi say:

We chose Tredudwell because, from the moment we met Hayley and the team, we knew we would be in good hands.

It was essential to have the confidence that they would be able to support us as we planned. The wedding venue itself is so beautiful; we knew that the natural beauty of the countryside would speak for itself and take off a lot of the pressure of decorating. It really was love at first sight, despite our first look round being on a wet and windy January day! We adore that area of Cornwall and got engaged on the cliffs at Lantic Bay, so when Hayley told us there was a date available in June, it felt like fate.

The veil was very important to me, and I wanted quite a dreamlike classic dress that would look incredible on the beach!

For the decor, we wanted something simple yet adding bright touches to the romantic pastel blank canvas that is Tredudwell. Maggie’s flowers were perfect, and that was all we needed.

Maggie from Maggie’s Wedding Flowers was amazing to work with, and our friends are still talking about our flowers. The fresh and seasonal flowers were so colourful, bold, and vibrant, absolutely stunning against the backdrop of hazy blues and greens from the surrounding landscape. In the reception barn, it created a fabulous palette and once more contrasted beautifully with the pastel colour of the pavilion.

Wellington Catering did a fabulous job of providing an entirely gluten-free menu for Jeddi’s family. It was all delicious! The canapés were exquisite, fresh and perfectly suited to the summer weather we had. The variety, presentation, and service were second to none! I made the cake myself as a challenge and to share our love with everyone.

We booked Grant Lampard for photography, and again, he was fantastic. He was fabulous at helping us all feel at ease, and the shots of us on the beach at Lantic Bay are glorious!

Best part of the day

The top moment would have to be the wedding ceremony; we were so lucky with the weather and could get married in the outdoor temple. It was so beautiful and a truly magical experience!

The cliff-top photos had to be another highlight for us; being so close to the sea really allows for some phenomenal shots with the beautiful Cornish coastline as a backdrop.

Being able to celebrate with our friends and family in such a beautiful location. It truly is a gorgeous place to be, and using the whole site the day before our wedding allowed us to create such a unique atmosphere for our guests.

From one couple to another…

The organisation really is key, as soon as we confirmed our date we booked our band, photographer and catering. We knew they were vital for a good day and wanted them confirmed as soon as possible.

Research who it is you’re working with! Having the right people around you helps. We absolutely trusted our suppliers, which really took the pressure off.
