Getting ready
Prepare to be pampered in the treatment room, exclusively reserved for your stay. Conveniently situated over the courtyard from the Oak Suite, this space is adorned with hair and makeup stations featuring light-up mirrors. Rest assured, there’s ample room to accommodate your wedding party, regardless of its size. The Treatment Room even boasts its own sauna, adding an extra touch of indulgence. And let’s not forget the pièce de résistance, a wood-fired hot tub on the terrace, making it the ultimate haven.

Grand Oak Hall
Step into a world of beauty as you pass through the walled arch and porch, welcoming you into the Grand Oak Hall. This space, adorned with oak beams, provides an imposing and intimate atmosphere. With windows framing the walled garden, the Grand Oak Hall offers a backdrop for exchanging your wedding vows or hosting your wedding breakfast. The doors can be opened, allowing you and your guests to revel in the outdoor vista while still enjoying the comfort of being seated inside. It’s a blend of elegance and the natural splendour of the surroundings.
The Walled Garden
Immerse yourself in the ambience of the walled garden, serving as the setting for your post-ceremony champagne reception. With an array of blooming flowers throughout the year, this space offers stunning backdrops for capturing unforgettable moments. Whether you want vibrant colours or delicate blossoms, the walled garden sets a scene that will enhance any wedding photos.
The Stable Bar
Get ready to party! The Stable Bar awaits in a separate wing of the Grand Oak Hall, providing the perfect space for an unforgettable party. With its fully stocked bar, the festivities kick off at 7pm, or even earlier if you’re eager to start. From beloved classics to premium selections, the choices are endless, ensuring everyone’s preferences are met. As the evening progresses, the vibe remains lively and vibrant, creating an unforgettable experience during the later hours.
The Lake
The lake at Greentrees creates an idyllic setting for those considering a marquee. It’s the perfect backdrop, offering a beautiful location for a drinks reception or unforgettable sunset photographs. Situated within the Estate, the lake is easily accessible from the car park, so guests can make their way to the gardens, where your exquisitely prepared wedding breakfast awaits. Alternatively, you can enhance the experience by hosting lakeside cocktail sundowners. The possibilities are limitless at Greentrees.
The Hidden Terrace
Located within the estate, the Hidden Terrace stands as the remnant of the original building. You will find this gem as you wander along Orchard towards the lake. The terrace unveils the preserved chimney from the former farmhouse that graced the grounds of Greentrees. Adorned with a stained-glass window framed by wisteria, the hidden terrace offers the ambience for intimate private dinners or cocktail receptions. Alternatively, you can indulge in late-night pizzas prepared in the terrace’s pizza oven, all while relishing the views of the Estate’s grounds and the tranquil lake.
The Folly (arriving in 2025)
This building and its immediate surroundings are a backdrop for people to congregate to celebrate an event undercover. It has been given the name “Folly” as it is also a building located to celebrate views in the true tradition of Romantic architecture and landscape. With large enclosed spaces over two floors, the folly provides a shelter with no external power or water supply. As well as the internal space, the roof terrace holds approximately 20 people, affording views to the north and south.
The Cottages
Greentrees offers eight quaint cottages with a total capacity to accommodate up to 20 guests. Each cottage is thoughtfully designed to provide a unique experience, ensuring every guest feels at home.
