The Brownings Bros. have two wedding venues in Essex – The Chalkney Water Meadow and The Woodland Orchard. Suited to those who love the great outdoors, both are completely customisable to your requirements. The team can provide luxurious glamping for accommodation onsite, or alternatively they can bring the whole Wild Events package to a venue of your choice!
From marquees and tipis to sumptuous fine dining, Browning Bros. have partnered up with some tried and trusted suppliers to create completely unique events.
The Chalkney Water Meadow and The Woodland Orchard are alfresco blank canvas spaces where you can let your imagination run wild! Couples can pitch up on the Friday and have exclusive use of the venue for 48 hours, maximising the celebrations!
The pontoon on the lake is created out of live willow shoots and is very popular for outdoor blessings. The congregation can sit on hay bales and view your ceremony from the meadow. Some couples prefer being in the trees and the orchard venue allows couples to party in the woods! There is a a truly unique dance tent and sound system which blasts from hundreds of small speakers on the ceiling down onto the dance floor. After 12am, continue the party with a silent disco!
There’s plenty of space at both venues for your guests to stay if they wish. Their 5 metre bell tents can accommodate up to six people, whilst camping and caravan pitches are also available. BBQs can be provided for those hangover curing bacon butties.
The venue also offers a log cabin, a converted grain silo and a shepherds hut for guests to stay in, however for those in need of bricks and mortar, there are numerous hotels, pubs and B&Bs within a 5-mile radius.
