Exciting New Countryside Wedding Venue – The Barn at Botley Hill

Found just outside London, at the highest point of the North Downs Way in the Surrey Hills, this spectacular wedding venue features floor to ceiling windows, Soho Farmhouse inspired interiors and incredible sunset views.

“When we first came to Botley Hill several years ago, we were amazed by the view and had a vision that this would make the perfect setting for a wedding venue,” says Sheila Benson, one of the driving forces behind The Barn at Botley Hill near Oxted.

Sheila continues “The reality of the barn has far exceeded all our dreams and hopes and there are so many people to thank for their huge contribution in making this happen.”

One of the exclusive venue’s trend-setting catering partners, Kalm Kitchen, provided delicious canapés and a cocktail station for the launch event; autumn colours were introduced indoors by Mad Lilies with their flower displays; and DJ Matt Maurice spun a cool retro set on the decks while guests explored.

Consisting of two main barns clad in eye-catching black timber – one for relaxed pre-drinks and the other for dining and dancing – plus the newly named red brick, The Oakley Barn, for ceremonies, The Barn at Botley Hill is a flexible venue that is already blessed with a style of its own and plenty of character.

Still something of a hidden secret, this luxury rustic barn, which can hold up to 128 guests, has been crafted from the finest materials. Tables have been handcrafted by local carpenters, eye-catching chandeliers and aged porcelain tiles brought in from Italy and the venue is working with a number of Surrey’s leading wedding specialists to create bespoke events.

Next up for The Barn, which is found next door to the popular Botley Hill Farmhouse country inn, are plans to introduce luxury shepherd huts to the site and they will also be adding an outdoor hilltop setting for ceremonies in time for summer 2020.
