I hope you’re all having a glorious weekend, the sun has most certainly made an appearance down here in Brighton and I’m thoroughly thankful to be taking some time off with my boy today.
But before I head off on my jaunt, I just had to make an appearance to tell you all about my current wedding venue crush – Sandon Hall, a glorious wedding venue in Staffordshire.
On Saturday 31st May, Sandon Hall is throwing open it’s grand doors and launching their newly renovated venue with a rather stylish celebration!
There will be drinks, canapés and music whilst you, the guests, will be able to explore the historic gardens and be inspired.
You will have the opportunity to meet a handful of exquisite suppliers attending, I’m talking serious wedding heaven folks – Maria Senvo, Liberty in Love, Eagle Eyed Bride, Light & Lace Photography (stunning fine art photography) and the talented Chris Hanley Photography will all be attending! That’s just a taster!
You will also be able to meet with Flowers by Breige, the talented in-house florist and the gorgeous lady who put Sandon Hall firmly on the Coco radar.
Want to see some photos…? Of course you do!

Sandon Hall, ancestral home of the Earls of Harrowby, sits astride high ground overlooking the Trent valley amidst 400 acres of rolling parkland.
Completed in 1854, the imposing Hall, with its 50-acre formal gardens, is a grand, yet tranquil, setting.
The beautiful interiors have just undergone a historic restoration. Now complete, they achieve a sophisticated fusion of light spacious elegance and grandeur, with the main saloon offering the perfect backdrop for any event.
This splendid venue will transport you back in time, with the scent of roses filling the conservatory, the old library looking out onto the gardens and the drawing room with its original hand-painted Chinese wallpaper.
The dedicated team will ensure an exceptional level of service covering every aspect of your wedding, with in-house floristry, bespoke menu planning, event coordination and above all, unrivalled attention to detail.
This is an incredible opportunity to explore this stunning, historic wedding venue as well as meet some uber-talented wedding industry peeps.
With all of this on offer, planning your wedding will be easy peasy and quite frankly epic!
Lord & Lady Harrowby will be there to welcome you, and the Lady of the House will even be signing copies of her debut novel – Burnt Norton.
To discover more about Sandon Hall then hop across to the Coco Wedding Venues directory, or if you want to RSVP for this event then email Jon Guard.
Oh and make sure you arrive early! There might just be a fabulous goodie bag for the first 100 brides-to-be…
Lots of love…
