Summer Peony Wedding Inspiration at The White Barn

The white-washed walls and light and airy space would be the perfect backdrop for a whole host of wedding aesthetics but this vibrant editorial with bright pops of colour and show stopping coral peonies is *chef’s kiss*! This one is delivering major summer soirée vibes, and it, quite honestly, has left me desperate for peony season to begin…

The White Barn has been enchantingly designed to nod to the architecture of an agricultural barn, whilst embracing a modern wedding aesthetic. The barn has a stunningly crafted staircase, floor-to-ceiling bar and mezzanine complemented by exquisite iron chandeliers and brushed gold fittings. The barn was the most idyllic setting for our shoot, as the beautiful white washed walls were the perfect canvas for our tablescapes and flowers.

This styled shoot was created around the early summer, incorporating the stunning coral charm peonies, blousy summer roses and dainty feverfew. The colour palette was that of peachy pinks, dusky blues, and coral.

We used dresses from the ASOS bridal range which looked gorgeous, makeup was by Mollie Fell Makeup and the exquisite ribbons by CFleurs Design. The team bought this ethereal shoot together and created a fun and magical story to life. The barn’s stunning white backdrop allowed for the florals to pop and brought out all the amazing textures and details.

From grapefruits on the tablescape to coral linen napkins. The statuesque candles by Ester and Eric took centre stage on the table alongside our magnums of rose, gold cutlery and delicious macaroons by Bea at The Silver Cake!

The delightful florals were created by our onsite florist Holly from Frogmary Flowers. Holly used foraged foliage from the farm and mixed in British florals to keep the shoot as natural and grown onsite as possible.

Our shoot was styled and curated around the main aspects of a wedding day, from a beautifully decorated cake stand to tablescapes perfectly styled to incorporate vibrant colour palettes, with the hope to inspire future couples!
