Curds Hall Barn

Curds Hall Barn was our dream wedding venue from the first time we viewed it and our day couldn’t have been any more perfect. We cannot recommend the CHB team highly enough, a special thank you to Annabelle who is clearly made for events management, planning everything meticulously, always available for questions and just an all round fab person who made us feel so relaxed on the lead up to and on the day of the wedding, knowing everything was in her capable hands. Thank you so much again for our special day!

We got married at Curds Hall Barn midweek in April and what an amazing day we had. We truly had our dream wedding! We’re just gutted it’s all over and we wish we could get married all over again.

We were able to decorate the venue exactly how we envisioned it to be, every request we had, they accommodated. Everything looked spectacular! And we were beyond happy with the venue. The whole team are absolutely amazing at their jobs, and I truly can’t thank Annabelle enough for everything she did for us from giving ideas during our planning stage, to helping look after our toddler whilst I was talking to the registrar before walking down the aisle. She truly went above and beyond for us and helped our day go without any hitches.

We also stayed at the old coach house from the Tuesday to the Friday with our wedding party, and what an amazing time we all had there! It is such an amazing accommodation and well worth it. All of us had a great time staying there, it definitely added to the experience of getting married and lots of memories were made with those important to us. We would highly recommend booking the old coach house when booking the venue.

An absolutely beautiful and versatile venue with the most incredible staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they will go over and above to ensure you have the best day and evening. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Stunning.

From the very start Annabelle and the team at CHB have been nothing but supportive and enthusiastic. They were there from the start to guide us resulting in what we can only describe as the best day of our lives. From quick responses to emails to many personal and meaningful touches throughout the build up and on our day we could not thank Annabelle and CHB more. It was the dream setting for our wedding and we managed to pull off a hell of a party! If you’re considering booking for your wedding, know that you could not book a better venue and team for your day. Thank you guys for all the love, we now very much feel members of the CHB family!

We couldn’t recommend Curds Hall Barn enough! From the moment we drove down the track and saw the barn amongst the beautiful fields we knew we found our perfect wedding venue. The barn, woodshed and surroundings outside are, in our opinion, just the most perfect spaces to let your wedding vision come to life.

As for the CHB team, they are all the most professional yet friendly people. Eleanor was just fantastic! Communication between herself and my husband and I was amazing. I knew if I had any questions I would receive an email back on that day, if not Annabelle was always there to inform me. They really are the best duo!

We really did feel like such a special couple the entire run up to the wedding and especially on the day! Eleanor makes you feel as though you’re the only couple that matters.

Curds Hall Barn is the most unique and beautiful venue set in the picturesque countryside of Norfolk. We got Married here in August and had the most stunning rustic country Wedding.

The barn allowed us to have two large feasting tables for a more casual dining setting which we loved as we could serve our bbq boards and guests could help themselves. Our ceremony was in the woodshed which offered more of an intimate setting, with wooden beams that we used to have a flower arch! We then had our folk band play in the barn in the evening, the barn was so versatile! The grounds were spacious for family to gather outside with spectacular views of the golden fields. We had canapés on the lawn and our confetti throw outside!

I would thoroughly recommend Curds Hall Barn to anyone wanting a charming country Wedding with a personal feel. I felt like we had the opportunity to make it our own as we had time to set up the barn the day before with everything that we wanted to make it personal to us, which I liked a lot! We also made a bank holiday weekend of our Wedding by staying in the luxurious onsite accommodation, The Old Coach House. Some of our guests camped on the grounds, which gave this venue the edge as well!

I think this is the sort of venue that would be stunning in every season, due to the changing of the vast landscape surrounding it, we had sun and rain on our day and it looked beautiful in both. There is a sheltered area on the lawn as well.

We also would like to take the time to give a massive shout-out to Annabelle and Eleanor, who were in constant communication with us every step of the way to bring to life our vision of the day. Eleanor, the venue manager, looked after us and made us feel at ease. She also made sure the day ran smoothly!

If you are contemplating booking Curds Hall Barn definitely take a look, you will fall in love with it like we did.

Getting married at Curds Hall is absolutely magical! The venue is gorgeous in itself, but you can also really add your own mark to make it everything you want it to be. What really sets out the venue, though, is the wonderful staff that support you through your whole planning journey and the big day. We absolutely couldn’t have done it without Eleanor and, quite frankly, wouldn’t have wanted to; she was fabulous! We can’t thank you enough for being the most amazing venue – we’d recommend you to anyone in a heartbeat!

Curds Hall is a fantastic wedding venue, we cannot recommend them highly enough, we had a wonderful day as did all our family and friends. If you’re looking for a venue where you can create your own unique day this is certainly the venue to use. As a DIY venue you have the freedom to decorate the barn however you wish and utilise the different spaces to suit your special day.  However if you need any advice or suggestions the team are always on hand to help and offer guidance. The team let you know what has worked well previously at the venue but also really encourage each couple to use the space as they wish and make the most of the wonderful space they have.

We loved all the outdoor space at the barn and as our wedding was in May we were able to utilise this space on our wedding day. Having your wedding at a venue surrounded by fields and the countryside is pretty special, it allows your day to be completely private with the guests you choose. We were planning our wedding from Manchester and found it so easy to communicate with the team via email and we even arranged a zoom call to discuss final details.

We had the barn from Friday to Sunday along with the Old Coach House. The Old Coach House is a great addition and as it is so close to Curds Hall it makes it the perfect place to get ready on the wedding morning. There is enough space for the bride and groom to both get ready but be in separate ends of the house. The house is a great venue to invite family and friends over to extend the wedding celebrations over the weekend. We would certainly recommend booking the Old Coach House with the venue.

Curds Hall is an amazing venue, in the 8 months of planning our wedding we saw additions to the venue and we’re sure there will be many more to come. We would recommend this venue to any couple looking for a place to create their own special day.

If you are thinking about getting married here, do it! We would do it again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely everything about Curds Hall is spot on and the staff that helped us throughout the entirety of wedding planning are absolute heroes. Eleanor was our main co-ordinator and absolutely everything was perfect. She helped us where we needed it but also enabled us to crack on with our vision, which is exactly how we wanted our wedding to be. We feel so lucky to have had perfect sunny weather on our March wedding day, but the versatility of Curds Hall means that it is great come rain or shine.

We also stayed at The Old Coach House before and after the wedding, which is perfectly located, equipped and an ideal setting to get ready. I couldn’t recommend Curds Hall and the staff more.

Pick this venue! From the first time we walked into Curds Hall we decided not to even bother checking any other venues, the views, the barns, the staff, simply amazing. We absolutely loved the freedom to create our own vision, selecting the caterers we liked, the decorations we wanted, allowing for creativity to flourish. We almost had as much fun creating our dream wedding as the day itself.

As for Annabelle, what a star, she helped guide us through the whole process, always available to answer any questions and made the whole thing calm and smooth. She spoke to all the outside people and always kept us and them in the loop but more than anything, I appreciated Annabelle giving me the words of support that I really needed before walking down the aisle! Many thanks to Annabelle!

All our guests said they had a amazing time and we had so many compliments about how beautiful and peaceful the venue was, well until the Deputies turned up to play the evening music, then it was anything but peaceful, just how we like a evening party.

Recommend hiring the old coach house, it was amazing accommodation and perfect for a bridal party to get ready in. We had a blast!

We hosted our wedding at CHB and stayed at The Old Coach House accommodation with close family. The venue and accommodation are absolutely beautiful and very well cared for. The venue lends itself perfectly to a personal touch and creating your own theme. The Old Coach House is ideal for hosting friends and family around the big day.

The team are attentive, reliable, and passionate professionals; throughout our organising of the wedding, Eleanor and Annabelle were very responsive and ready to offer helpful advice.
We feel immensely lucky to have found such a great venue for our wedding. A huge thank you to the team for all of their help.

What we loved about Curds Hall Barn was the flexibility you have to create the wedding you want. We chose everything from the caterers, the decorations and the music. You can create your day exactly as you want it. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming but what is really helpful at Curds Hall is the staff. Both Annabelle and Eleanor are so easy to talk to, they respond to emails quickly and they offer a lot of advice and ideas should you need it. Their help on our wedding day didn’t go unnoticed. We had so many compliments on how smoothly the day ran, having them there to oversee everything and sort out issues helped to make it. You also get the barn for 3 days. One day to set up your wedding and then the morning after to collect your stuff. This meant we could just relax on our wedding day knowing it was all set up and good to go. There aren’t many places that offer this. Would definitely recommend.

We recently got married at Curds Hall Barn and cannot recommend them enough! Everything about our day was perfect and that’s down to both the beautiful venue and the wonderful team. From our first viewing of Curds Hall, we knew it was special and had so much potential. The fact that it’s dog friendly too was a massive win for us as we wanted to include our pup in the day.

Being a blank canvas allowed us to make the venue look exactly how we envisioned it and the team were so accommodating with visits and planning. The three day hire took away the stress of setting up as we could get everything ready to go the day before. Having no corkage fees was a real bonus too.

Annabelle was our Event Coordinator and was incredible! From planning through to the big day she was always on hand to offer advice and support. She kept us calm throughout and made sure everything ran smoothly. We were so grateful to have her around!

Curds Hall is a stunning venue and we couldn’t have asked for more!

From the moment we walked into Curds Hall Barn on the hunt for our wedding venue 2 years ago, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. Annabelle and Eleanor were so welcoming and helpful from the beginning. The venue is just absolutely stunning, the natural lighting, the creative freedom to decorate, and stunning setting in the countryside which is perfect for photos. Annabelle became like a friend to us and we can’t thank her enough. The old coach house is also the perfect place to spend time with your love ones before and after the wedding day. Myself and bridal party had the best time getting ready on the wedding morning. everything was just perfect.

We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding than Curds Hall Barn. Everything about it is what we imagined for our ideal wedding and more. Curds Hall Barn is in the most idyllic setting, in rural Norfolk. The barn is absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly with the rustic design we wanted.

Eleanor and Annabelle were dedicated to making our wedding the perfect day. We had many meetings to ensure that everything was how we would want it and that everything on the day would run smoothly. On the day of our wedding Eleanor went above and beyond and her attention to detail was second to none. The absolute cherry on the cake was when the owners at Curds Hall arranged for a tractor and combine harvester to arrive in the field next to the venue. My husband was over the moon to see these and every child at our wedding was gobsmacked. We had our ceremony outside and our wedding breakfast in the beautiful wood shed. We would highly recommend this beautiful venue.

From the very first time we entered Curds Hall Barn, we knew that this was the venue for us to say ‘I Do’! We cannot recommend CHB highly enough to anyone for their wedding as I’m sure, like ours, it will be perfect.

Eleanor was such a fantastic venue manager and ensured that everything was perfect right to the last detail, the wider team were also in full control to ensure that everything was seamless. The venue looked flawless when our vision became reality. It was bold, bright and beautiful and really brought out the very best in the venue. All guests commented to us on what a hidden gem the venue was.

If we could give more than 5 stars, if we could. Curds Hall Barn will forever be within our hearts, and we hope that anyone who has chosen this wonderful venue with superb members of staff will have a magical day and wedding experience.

Married March 2024

It really is beautiful. We got married on what felt like the first sunny Saturday of the year so had our drinks reception outside, and it was amazing. We kept things relatively simple with the decorations, using Epic Events for drapes and Magical Events for sofas in the upstairs area. We used the day before to do our own table decorations but sourced the flowers from Ragged Robin. We also provided our own booze for the daytime which really helped us manage our cost due to it being corkage free before the evening.

We could not want for a better events manager. Eleanor was amazing throughout, with lots of meetings for advice before, but most importantly during the day, including sorting my dress before I walked down the aisle, and even carrying my baby nephew down the stairs. Eleanor is truly wonderful, as is all the staff and everyone else who helped. Eleanor has even kept in touch since the wedding! One of my photos you can see Eleanor is listening to my dad’s speech.

We also stayed in the Coach House which made the weekend extra special, from the bridal party getting ready, and myself and Lee have a couple of days after the wedding.

We cannot recommend Curds Hall enough! We not only loved our wedding day, but also working with Eleanor and the team at Curds Hall that helped make the whole planning of our big day so great, we were made to feel special throughout from the first time we messaged them.

We recently got married at this beautiful venue and the whole experience has been nothing but wonderful. Not only is this characterful barn set in beautiful, and very well maintained, surroundings, but the team at Curds are just fantastic! These guys have been so flexible for us, listening to all of our random ideas and have gone above and beyond to help us build what was the most incredible day. Annabelle especially has been wonderful and so understanding and supportive throughout. We cannot thank the team enough, we just wish we could do it all again!

Where to start! Curds Hall Barn is simply a stunning venue, in a relaxing and rural setting. You have the freedom to create the exact type of wedding that you want.

Annabelle was always on hand to help us create the perfect day, answer the many questions, offering knowledge and solutions. Without a doubt it was the best day of our lives! We stayed at the Old Coach House which was the perfect base for a pre-wedding gathering on the friday for the bridal and grooms parties and was ideal for bridal preparations on the saturday.

Thank you Annabelle and the CHB team for making our day so special – we will be forever grateful!
