Chapel House Estate is discreetly located in Minster, Kent, yet easily accessible. It is just over an hour from London or a short journey from Thanet Parkway, making it convenient for guests travelling from near or far.
We got married in October. It was an amazing day, despite the changeable weather featuring sunshine, very heavy rain and some strong winds at times too. We had around 90 guests in the day and 135 in the evening.
Did we pay a little more than other venues? Yes, but not by much. The value Chapel House provides over the other six venues we visited makes it a complete no-brainer. Having the accommodation on site saves a huge amount of money, and I would say makes it far cheaper overall.

Absolutely blown away by this venue. We were guests at our friend’s wedding and can honestly say it’s the best we’ve ever been to. The grounds were stunning, the food was incredible, but what stood out most to us was the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff; nothing was too much trouble, everything was perfect. We would love to come back and stay in the near future. Chapel House Estate is something special.
Married October 2025
Where do we even begin? Our wedding at Chapel House Estate in October was everything we had dreamed of and more.
What truly sets Chapel House Estate apart, though, is the team. Every single person we interacted with was professional, warm and incredibly accommodating. They made us feel so cared for, and nothing ever felt too much trouble.
To the entire team: thank you for giving us the most beautiful start to our marriage. We will be forever grateful.

We could not have chosen a better place for our wedding. We fell for the venue on our first visit (despite torrential rain) and reserved our date on the same day. The staff are amazing and all of the support you get in advance, and of course on the day, means you essentially get an in-house wedding planner to shape your day. Our day was a little unusual in that we had two ceremonies, which Chapel House were able and very happy to accommodate. Many other venues said they couldn’t do it.
Married October 2025
From the moment we first visited Chapel House Estate, we knew it was something truly special – but our wedding day there exceeded even our highest expectations. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, perfectly blending elegance, charm, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every corner felt like it was made for unforgettable memories and beautiful photos.
