You know that glass house that you all went nuts for? Yes this one from our 2018 Wedding Trend Report. Well, this venue has this glass marquee structure and it’s EPIC. But that’s really not all, as Paschoe House is so much more…

We first listed this beautiful venue back in May last year and it’s incredible to see the changes within that year! We love to showcase new-to-the-market venues, even when they’re still a work in progress because we truly believe in the passion and vision of the owners.

Paschoe House can be found nestled amongst the rolling hills in the very heart of Devon. The house is a historical Tudor Gothic manor house decorated with the perfect mix of a country hunting lodge with a modern twist. They can sleep up to 24 guests in 10 individually designed bedrooms; each room is a mixture of old and new, with state of the art smart home technology throughout, roll top freestanding baths, double showers and luxe super king size beds.

Of course, we’re taking you on a tour and if you like what you see then the folks at Paschoe House are offering all couples booking their wedding for June – October 2018 a whopping 30% off!

Notes from Paschoe House

Tabitha says…

The Paschoe Estate dates as far back as the 13th Century and was first mentioned in the Domesday Book in 1611. The original Paschoe House was located down in the valley, close to the Paschoe Oak tree but was moved up to its current position in the early 1800s.

Last year, Paschoe House opened its doors for the first time to members of the public and is the most romantic and secluded wedding venue. I wanted to make Paschoe House both a feminine place (specifically for the weddings) and a masculine place (sticking to its roots as a gentrified hunting lodge). The décor has been described as a Scandinavian hunting lodge – which was not wholly my intention! But that must come from the modern twists mixed with the traditional.

Paschoe House is a smart home so be prepared for curtains that open and close with the touch of a button but also for your olde worlde shutters! My favourite thing about Paschoe is the south facing terrace and Glasshouse with views all the way across to Colebrooke Church. It is perfect for those long summer days with a chilled glass of white wine.

One of my friends, Lucy Davenport, photographs at Aynhoe Park and had told me about these amazing Glasshouse structures that got put up there for a weekend all the way from Belgium. As soon as I saw a photo of one, I knew that I needed one here at Paschoe House! Paschoe is also a Grade II listed house so this kind of structure worked perfectly for us here!

Couples can expect their weddings to be totally unique – every wedding breakfast we do here is designed bespoke to that bride and groom and their wishes.
