It was one of the very first venues to join forces with Coco and it is still, without doubt, one of my absolute faves, and oh the romance… the sheer romance of it all is just too much.
So, with all of that said I’m a little excited to announce Boconnoc are throwing open their doors and welcoming you to an Open Day extravaganza…
But before all of the practical details such as the when’s, where’s and what-have-you’s, I want to tell you a little more about this magical wedding venue…
After a 12 year restoration project, Boconnoc House now has a heartbeat again, and let me tell you – it certainly makes mine beat that little bit faster.
The stunning house is set amongst a sweeping private parkland in Cornwall and I dare you not to get a little caught up in the romance of it all.

Boconnoc House adores to be filled with laughter, music, love and imagination.
When you arrive, the lovely crew at Boconnoc hand you the keys and it can be your own haven for as long as you like.
This wedding venue encourages you to treat the house and its neighbouring enclave of guest cottages as a blank canvas on which to paint the special day you have always envisaged, be it a subtle elegant affair or a whacky one-off wedding.
There are four large reception rooms which can be used as you wish, or the team can suggest what works best, a private Church next to the house should you wish to have a traditional ceremony or for those after something a little more informal there is a Civil Ceremony room in the Stable Yard.

You and up to 36 guests can have a sleepover in the Main House and Cottages after the day’s festivities. There is even scope for having your very own campsite, or if glamping is more your cup of tea – yurts!
The lawns in front of the house are an ideal spot for your drinks reception with views across the parkland and down to the lake in the valley. There is also the option of having a marquee attached to the house if you have a rather large guest list to accommodate.
Boconnoc House really is a haven for the Bride and Groom who have their own vision and ideas of how they wish their wedding day to be, creating something personal and a little bit magical.
