Branches Park Estate: A Brand New Barn by Unique Norfolk Venues

Branches Park Estate is the newest addition to Unique Norfolk Venues, their first in the neighbouring county of Suffolk. It is set within 1500 acres of beautiful countryside. With its sprawling gardens, picturesque woodlands, and breathtaking views, this charming estate provides the perfect backdrop for a couple’s celebrations. We wanted to use the exposed brick barns and show couples how to modernise this space and how gorgeous it can look when you add a contemporary style.

By adding neutral textures in draping and florals, we wanted to touch on a trend we see rising for 2025 / 2026 weddings – still life decor, incorporating fruit such as grapes and pearl-adorned pears. It was important for us to give an example of a contemporary approach to wedding styling within the barn space and show couples that it can be pulled off well with the right team of suppliers. It also had to be attainable, so nothing that seemed too far out of reach or outlandish. We want couples to be able to emulate everything they see in the shoot. Our colour palette was neutrals and greens, a timeless and seasonal look.

We borrowed two dresses from the local Bridalwear shop, Adella, choosing examples of day and evening wear. One was embellished and strapless, and the other was a slinky halterneck.

We wanted to take an accessible approach to the organic still-life trend. Our florist team, Floral Sistas, provided minimalist flowers (white calla lily, white and green hydrangeas, viburnum, green amaranthus, and ammonia) accompanied by pears, kiwis, apples, and grapes. Epic Event Hire did all the draping, including the tablecloths and cake stand cloths, and CMA Hire provided the cutlery and plates.

We want couples to see that barn venues can be styled with contemporary styling and current trends. Most importantly, we want to prove that it’s accessible. We would love to help couples opt for bolder, modern wedding styling and displays, and we hope this might inspire them to do so.
