Multiple award-winning World Inspired Tents are based in Devon. They deliver giant Nordic tipis across Southern England, South Wales, the Midlands and beyond, so the setting can be wherever you want it to be! With many hundreds of successful weddings under their belts World Inspired Tents have pitched their tipis in family gardens, the grounds of stately homes, on beaches, in woodlands and in wildflower meadows. They are happy to carry out free site visits if required, and can recommend tried and tested venues in many counties.
Whether you are planning a formal country garden wedding or a laid back, toes-in the sand beach wedding, these stunning tipis provide the perfect space for your celebration. A full range of carefully chosen furnishings, lighting and other lovely things can be supplied to help create a really special and unique venue.
The tipis provide a completely flexible structure; any number can be connected to create a single space perfect for your event with capacity for between 50 and 1000 guests. They work beautifully all year round; sides can be raised in summer to take in a view or allow a breeze, or with sides lowered, space heaters, open fires and fairy lights they create a beautiful, cosy venue for a magical winter wedding.

Each couple is assigned a dedicated Event Co-ordinator who works with them from initial enquiry until the tipis are set up. They provide detailed quotations, floor plans, site visits and will liaise with your other suppliers to ensure a seamless event.

The number of tipis required will depend on how many guests you are inviting and how you plan to use the tipis. We suggest you give us a call and we can talk through your options and ensure you get exactly what you need.
Each Giant Hat tipi is 10.3 metres in diameter with the sides down, and 13 metres with all of the sides raised. The amount of ground space required is dependent on how many tipis you need and your chosen configuration.

We can supply a wide range of furnishings including tables, seating, staging, bars, dance floors and lighting. Contact our events team for more information. If you require more help we can recommend some fantastic stylists who are experienced in styling tipi events.
The usual hire period is 48 hours. We usually set up the tipis a day or two before your event and take them down a day or two after. We are happy to extend the hire period, if required. Set up and take down dates are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, and this will be discussed with you when a booking is made.
