The Vibe
Water’s Edge unfolds across two storeys, showcasing a charming L-shaped barn design. The main party space awaits on the ground floor, featuring a delightful dining room with an inviting open fireplace. Adjacent to it, a spacious bar and lounge area set the stage for mingling and to add to the magic, guests can witness the culinary artistry of the in-house chef team in the open theatre-style kitchen. As guests venture outdoors, they are greeted by a stylish stretch tent adorned with twinkly fairy lights and, following a short walk, by the enchanting sight of spring-fed lakes, providing an exquisite backdrop for the leisurely sipping of cocktails.
The festivities commence in the barn’s bar area, where a meticulously crafted panelled bar serves as the room’s focal point. Revellers can enjoy a selection of locally sourced Cotswold ales, traditional champagne, and signature cocktails tailored to satisfy every taste.
A panelled dining room accommodates up to 110 seated guests, while the option to add a marquee alongside enables the inclusion of additional guests for a delightful sit-down meal. As twilight descends, the dining room transforms into an inviting dancefloor, ensuring that celebrations continue in style.
At Water’s Edge, the accomplished in-house chef team expertly prepares all culinary delights in the theatre kitchen. The menus are thoughtfully designed around the couple’s preferences, using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. From sumptuous sharing platters and delectable grilled feasts to indulgent feasting menus, the options are tailored to create a culinary experience that reflects the couple’s unique style. After nightfall, a delightful ‘Munchies’ menu awaits, featuring luxurious cheese toasties, stone-baked pizzas, and locally sourced gourmet hot dogs.
Upstairs, the venue offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including an exquisite couple’s suite. Complete with a charming roll-top bath, a separate dressing room, a contemporary en-suite, and a lavish super-kingsize luxury padded bed, the couple’s suite provides an inviting sanctuary for the newlyweds. Additionally, two more bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to four extra guests, with a shared bathroom adorned with a bath and shower nestled between the rooms.
