Setting
Titchwell Manor Hotel is set in the idyllic village of Titchwell on the North Norfolk coast, surrounded by breathtaking countryside and coastal scenery.
Amid the stretches of sandy beaches, expansive marshes, sweeping fields, and farmland sits Titchwell Manor Hotel. Once an 18th-century farmhouse, the venue has been lovingly restored by the family that continues to run the hotel today. The Manor still holds traditional characteristics, including original working fireplaces, Victorian tiled floors, and high ceilings with ornate details. These elements are complimented by the newer additions of the glasshouse conservatory, offering views over the walled garden and further accommodation on-site.
Ceremony
Say ‘I do’ in a choice of romantic settings: the Conservatory, which is flooded with natural light, has a neutral colour palette, and views of a walled garden. If the sun shines over the coast, take your vows in the garden. This English country garden is abundant with seasonal blooms and foliage, creating an organic, natural backdrop to your ceremony.
A stunning church dating back to the 11th century is also located just a few minutes walk from the venue and can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Reception
Guests can enjoy garden games and cocktails in the garden whilst the newlyweds take to the beach for romantic photos before reuniting in the transformed Conservatory for the Wedding Breakfast. The Manor’s team of award-winning chefs will have created a menu with the couple themselves at their menu tasting, complimented by wine and toast drinks. Choose a traditional sit-down, three course meal, or create a more informal atmosphere with sharing, grazing dishes along the tables.
For the evening reception, you can take to the bar and bistro and let your chosen entertainment get the party started. Guests can sip signature cocktails designed by the couple while tucking into traditional fish and chips as they dance while watching the sunset over the coast.
Accommodation
With 28 individually designed boutique bedrooms, everyone can stay on-site in luxury in this tranquil coastal retreat. The Manor boasts rooms with sea views, private terraces and hot tubs, unique Shepherd’s Huts with sunken jacuzzis, and Victorian roll-top baths. Everyone is accommodated with dog-friendly rooms, accessible bedrooms, rooms large enough for extra beds, sofa beds and cots, twins, and interconnecting bedrooms. Wedding guests receive discounted rates for their stay, and everyone can enjoy breakfast the following morning.
Food & Drink
Titchwell Manor has won many awards for their food, including the attainment of 3 rosettes from the AA and being featured in the Michelin guide. The passionate team of chefs will work with couples to tweak and tailor their menu at the complimentary tasting, always using seasonal and local produce from this bountiful area of the country.
Couples can design their signature wedding cocktails with the venue’s talented mixologist to ‘wow’ their guests and discuss wine options that best complement their meal.
Sustainability
The venue endeavours to be as sustainable as possible in every area of its business. The team is passionate about using local ingredients in the kitchen, such as their own herb garden, vegetable patches, and orchard. In all its bathrooms, the venue offers eco-friendly, recycled toilet paper and refillable toiletries (unique to and designed by the venue and a local business!). The venue works with local businesses and suppliers to support them and reduce their carbon footprint.
