Yes, the car park will be exclusively for you and your guests for the duration of your wedding. We ask that any coaches or minibuses park on the main road a short distance from us after dropping off any guests and not in the main car park.
Check in is from 4 pm, which falls perfectly during your drinks reception, allowing our housekeeping team to perfectly prepare your guests bedrooms after our previous guests have said their farewells. Your guests are welcome to leave their bags with our Guest Happiness Team at the front desk on arrival.
Your reception should be exactly as you imagined. We can accommodate any type of entertainment to get your party started, be it a DJ, a brass band, or simply your own playlist.
Our main dining room, conveniently located next to the bar and lounge, will have been converted into a spacious dance floor, with an area on the south side specifically allocated for a live band. The doors to the terrace will remain closed at all times in consideration for the surrounding neighbours.
The more the merrier! If your guests are staying locally, they are welcome to pop back and join you for breakfast. The maximum capacity for breakfast is 80 in total. We do require confirmation of final numbers for breakfast one month prior to the finalisation of your wedding. We will not be able to cater for any extra guests afterwards.
