The Ferry House is a charming 16th Century venue, hidden in the beautiful Kent countryside, only an hour from London. Panoramic views of the Thames estuary, bird and nature reserves and rolling farmland provide unrivalled backdrops for your day.
The Ferry House is licensed to hold ceremonies in either the oak barn or outside in the oak-beamed gazebo. They can hold your reception in either the oak barn or their event suite. They also have two bars, a lounge area, stunning outside spaces including private gardens, a terrace and accommodation for up to 60 guests.
Their head chef and head gardener collaborate to grow the food for their AA-rosette in-house catering. They offer an extensive, varied menu to suit all wedding styles. As part of Produced in Kent, they are incredibly proud of the quality of their ingredients; all of their lamb and beef is from their own family farm, the game is from their shoot and fresh produce grown in their kitchen garden.
Their on-site rooms sleep up to 22 adult guests + children, including the bridal suite. These rooms also include breakfast the next morning, so a great time to reminisce about your day. They also have Mocketts self-catering cottages, sleeping up to 50, where you can celebrate for the whole weekend.
They offer bespoke or package weddings tailored to each couple and their dedicated weddings team will take a personal approach to your day to ensure your big day runs smoothly.
