Just 10 minutes south of Dorking and 18 minutes from the M25, it’s ideally placed for guests travelling from Kent, East and West Sussex as well as Surrey. Local rail links include Dorking and Holmwood stations. The site offers secure parking and mains water supply.

The venue offers great flexibility and the space can be used in a variety of ways. If you are opting for an outdoor blessing you can choose between the walled garden, the woodland clearing or in front of one of the lakes. There’s plenty of room for your tipi/marquee and you could create a little bell tent village or dot them around the lake.
It’s totally secluded with stunning views of trees, water and nature and the area around one of the lakes is inhabited by deer, rabbits, geese and ducks. Access can be via a pretty walk through Bluebell Wood, or take the more direct route from the parking area. Tractor/trailer rides are also an option.
No corkage or preferred suppliers. Coordination is also available should you need a little helping hand.
All on one level with no stairs. Disabled access toilet facilities can be hired in.
Yes, we can create a bespoke package for you to include marquee/tipi, caterer, bar and any other supplier you would like us too.
Yes, you are welcome to bring in a bell tent supplier or guests can bring their own tents.
We allow full flexibility of your choice of suppliers. We have plenty of contacts to point you in the right direction.
Unfortunately not yet. Hopefully the Government will be changing the rules, fingers crossed this will be possible from 2022.
Yes there is a self contained two bedroom annexe and the option of a couples of B&B rooms in the main house.
