We fell in love with Foxhill Manor on our first visit. We wanted a small, relaxed wedding in a venue that felt like a home-away-from-home, and Foxhill certainly delivered on that. The entire weekend was perfect – every detail had been thought through by Georgie and the team, and no request was too much for them. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting, with our ceremony and reception in the stunning Foxhill grounds. A special shout out to Georgie, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, as well as house manager Callum – we couldn’t have done it without them!

From start to finish, our wedding at Foxhill was nothing short of magical. Georgie was incredible in making sure everything we wanted was possible, and the whole team truly made us feel like we were being hosted by family and friends. The attention to detail was amazing—every space was immaculate (like having a fairy godmother behind the scenes!), the food was absolutely fantastic, and every single room was breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day and are so grateful to the entire team for making it happen. All the guests were also raving about the food, the venue service, and the day, and we all enjoyed everything about it – what could have been a very stressful experience was made extremely easy thanks to all at Foxhill.

Married February 2025

Our wedding at Foxhill Manor was truly magical. Having two nights at the venue to celebrate meant we could soak up the occasion and enjoy every second. The whole venue felt like a home away from home, and we were able to relax and just enjoy the time. It was important to us that the venue we chose felt luxurious but laid-back. Everyone loved their rooms, and the baths were a common talking point! Being able to have our dogs with us was super important, and they were the guests of honour all weekend.

The whole team were fantastic throughout, attentive and thoughtful at every turn. All of the food was incredible – we both have very different tastes in food, and being able to customise our menu meant we could create something that was suited to both of us. The food was exceptional throughout the whole weekend, and our guests are still raving about it!

After checking out, we went clay pigeon shooting, which was the icing on the cake and a unique wrap-up for the weekend.

Our only complaint is we didn’t have the manor for longer, as we were very settled and didn’t want to leave! We couldn’t have asked for a more special setting to start our married life, and we are already planning our next trip back to the estate.

Now that I feel that life has started to go back to normal and there is no more running around, I wanted to take the time to say again a massive thank you to you and everyone at Foxhill!

The whole event was flawless! It’s always a scary thing discussing your vision for your event and you’re just hoping the other people understand what you want. Everyone at Foxhill understood my vision and brought it to life. The whole venue looked fantastic, the food was the best we have ever had and the staff we so incredibly helpful.

Please could you give a special thanks to Ed and Charlene for everything they did to make the couple of days perfect? From locating strawberries to driving us in the pouring rain, it meant the world to us.

I said it on the day, and I will say it again: I cannot begin to thank you enough. When we were told that we were onto our 4th coordinator, all hope was starting to feel lost. With calmness, kindness and professionalism, you picked up our wedding and went above and beyond. Without you, the day would simply not have been possible. There are so many things that you did to be accommodating and wonderful that I would be typing a list for days. You are truly incredible and we will forever be grateful to you.

So many of our guests have said how wonderful the venue, staff and the food was. It has been incredibly heart warming.

People always say in these things that nothing was too much trouble, but with Georgie and her team, absolutely nothing was too much trouble – always getting back to us, no matter how random the request or how many emails we had already sent that day. They made us feel like we were the only wedding/event they had on and listened and understood every detail. Our wedding was perfect from start to finish and they helped to create a calm and reassuring atmosphere that made the day go like a dream. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Every single one of them was fantastic.

From the very first moment we toured Foxhill Manor with you, we knew it was the place for us. The combination of the breathtaking venue, stunning views over Broadway, and the genuine warmth of the team made it feel instantly special. Still, nothing could have prepared us for just how magical the wedding weekend itself would be.

We went in with high expectations, but the reality was beyond anything we could have imagined — it’s left us in a wedding bubble we’ll cherish forever. Your support, guidance, and advice were truly invaluable; you took away so much of the pressure and allowed us to focus on soaking up every moment.

Over the weekend, the entire Foxhill Manor team went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was extraordinary, and their seamless, tireless care meant that everything flowed effortlessly for our guests and us. It felt as though every detail just fell perfectly into place, creating an experience that was nothing short of incredible.

Hands down, it was the best weekend of our lives, and nothing will ever come close to it.

We just had the most amazing wedding day and can’t thank you and all of the staff at Foxhill enough for making it all the more special – we were so well looked after and was incredible that James and I could just enjoy our day as you had everything in hand, everything went like clockwork, what an incredible team of people!

Thank you to Callum, Ed, Mel, George, Grace, Georgia, Charlene for looking after us the whole weekend, nothing was too much trouble and everything done with a smile!

Thank you to the chef and the team – all of the food was out of this world! Can’t tell you how many of our guests told us how blown away by the food they were!

Thank you to the turn-down staff for freshening up our (probably messy) rooms each morning and afternoon – we loved the little touches like the sleep spray and drawing curtains/blinds in the evening! None of the little details were lost on us.

And finally, a massive thank you to yourself Georgie for all your work planning and coordinating in the build up to the wedding – we were in the safest of hands and how amazingly the day went was all down to your amazing planning! It was so lovely getting to know all of you, I will miss our emails!

Foxhill is such a special venue, and we feel so lucky to have had our special day there.

From our very first conversation right through to the end of our wedding day, Georgie delivered a level of service and care that far exceeded anything we expected. Her communication was sustained consistently over almost two years – which in itself is a feat – and she managed to maintain that with warmth, patience and accuracy at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble; every detail was thought through and handled so quietly in the background that everything felt effortless for us as a couple.

Georgie’s cool, calm and collected presence grounded us throughout. She was always one step ahead, often solving problems before they ever reached us and making each decision feel easy. Alongside that, she brought a genuine sense of fun, enthusiasm and joy. She had the rare ability to combine impeccable professionalism with the warmth of a cheerleader who was as excited for our day as we were. Thanks to her, we had the day of our dreams – a day we still get emotional reflecting on now. She didn’t just plan a wedding, she created an experience that was personal, seamless and unforgettable.

We have said many times since that we should have – and would have – paid thousands for Georgie’s service alone. She is a true ambassador for Foxhill Manor and embodies the very highest standards of hospitality.

At the same time, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the wider Foxhill team. Every single member of staff we encountered, from front of house to the bar staff, chefs, housekeeping and beyond, was warm, professional and genuinely invested in making our day special. The whole team worked together in such a seamless way that the level of service felt effortless, though we know how much care and attention went into it behind the scenes.

The Farncombe Estate as a whole is incredibly important to us. Each of your hotels, and The Nook too, completely have our hearts. We look forward to hopefully spending many more days with you over our marriage and creating even more memories in such a special place.
