I can’t even begin to describe not only how stunning of a venue Cluny Castle is, but the owner, Cosmo Gordon and his unbelieveably talented team – Fiona and Emma were unbelievably warm, patient and accommodating to us. My fiancé and I knew from the moment we saw Cluny Castle that we just had to get married there. From the moment we sent in our enquiry, Fiona responded with such warmth and detail that we knew this was the place for us. We also had the pleasure of meeting Cosmo who was so delightful and kind, it honestly amazed us! Emma is the wedding planner that we dealt with towards the end of our wedding preps and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is the venue STUNNING (our guests from Canada and UK were jaw-dropped at how beautiful this castle is), but the accomodation is out of this world. We had the pleasure of having the castle to ourselves for 2 nights and those are 2 nights we won’t ever forget. Please do not hesitate to book this venue for your wedding! I just wanted to thank Fiona, Cosmo & the whole Cluny team for everything. Words can’t express what an amazing time we had, it was out of this world. Truly a fairytale wedding. Everyone commented on how Cluny is a stunning venue and a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived it was as though we were royalty. The whole weekend passed in a whirlwind and I wish I could do it all over again! It was absolutely flawless from start to finish and I never wanted it to end.

The castle and whole experience of Cluny was amazing. We wanted a classy and real 21st century fairytale experience and Cosmo, Fiona and their team delivered. I can’t believe the quality of the customer service, beauty of the castle and the facilites you get to enjoy. You also get an event planner who coordinates all of your other suppliers – I couldn’t believe it. Fiona was stunning, just stunning. Always replied and I felt like I knew her before the big day. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The epitome of above and beyond. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou for everything.

We cannot thank Cluny Castle enough for providing the most spectacular venue for our wedding. This is one of few places that offers accommodation, exclusive use, an onsite chapel and genuine flexibility; all in a truly unique setting! If that wasn’t enough, the team are amazing – everyone was friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Fiona, in particular, is an absolute superstar and worked incredibly hard to help us in so many ways. On the day itself, they really helped the day flow by navigating guests and keeping everyone right. They were always on hand; without feeling intrusive or controlling. This really added something extra to the day, which I know isn’t always the feedback for exclusive use venues. But the Cluny team were faultless! We used the West Wing apartment for both the night before and night of the wedding: this provided a great space for a relaxed pre-wedding meal and also breakfast on the morning after the wedding. We also used the castle rooms on the night of the wedding, each of which are decorated differently (something that only added to the already unique surroundings). Our guests loved Cluny and enjoyed being able to see different parts of the castle and grounds throughout the day, rather than being confined to one or two spaces. The Tenant’s Hall also provided a fantastic atmosphere for dinner; and the addition of a marquee in the courtyard worked really well for the evening reception afterwards. We have so many wonderful memories of our time at Cluny and would highly recommend it as an exclusive use venue with many unusual elements and endless possibilities!

Cluny Castle will forever be in our hearts! We got married in this stunning castle in July and it exceeded all of our expectations! We always wanted a venue where we could have both the ceremony and reception on site and a marquee with a view… and what a view it was! Standing on the decking of the marquee with the castle reflecting on the water was magical! We also wanted a venue which could host our wedding party for the entire weekend. Cluny has amazing accommodation, walking into the rooms is just like walking into a 5* hotel room. We could have stayed forever! The chapel is enchanting and takes your breath away every time you walk through the doors! It is so inviting and when full of family and friends just feels like the warmest place on earth! The castle owner, Cosmo was extremely helpful! Our guests loved him! A special mention must be made to Jill, she helped us so much. She was so friendly and bent over backwards to help us at every turn. I’ve saved the best until last – the wonderful wedding planner Fiona! Fiona was outstanding throughout our whole experience! We’ve been married a month and I feel like I don’t want to let her go just yet! She made our whole wedding experience enjoyable. It was difficult to plan from overseas but Fiona was always only a phone call away and after our conversations we felt so relaxed and reassured. On the day of the wedding Fiona was incredible. She made sure our day ran smoothly from start to finish and made sure we had the day of our dreams and beyond! The biggest thank you to all of you! A dream team!
