Driving up to the house it looks so beautiful and grand, but then as soon as you step inside it feels really homely and warm. At first, you think it’s just the house but then as you start exploring the grounds you realise there is so much more, the barns and a hidden hot tub! I was blown away by the bathtub, it looks more like a swimming pool!

An incredibly inspiring place. From the staircase to all the beautiful fireplaces, we couldn’t wait to add our florals! Each room has a slightly different look so it would suit many different styles.

It has such a homely feel while also being so grand, it mixes the idea of a grand country wedding and an intimate space. I think it would be ideal for a long weekend wedding, full of laughter and celebration!

So many fun quirky features! The hidden doors and secret book case, it’s the venue that keeps giving joy.

I visited Boconnion for the first time for an autumnal photoshoot with some other wedding suppliers. I was completely blown away by this beautiful wedding venue tucked away in peaceful seclusion.

The grounds are absolutely stunning, the house is full of character and I wanted to explore every room. I hope to be back to this beautiful venue again very soon and look forward to seeing Boconnion throughout the changing seasons.

When I first saw Boconnion I was completely awestruck! It’s an absolute hidden gem. The beauty of the buildings as well as the breathtaking grounds and scenery make for a classy and luxurious wedding venue. Having seen countless wedding venues throughout the UK, this differs in one major way, it is completely customisable. There are endless combinations of how you can have your wedding thanks to the many buildings and grounds.

One big draw I find for couples picking venues is accommodation. Weddings are a great opportunity for friends and family to get together. No one enjoys having to find accommodation and deal with taxis late at night after weddings. Boconnion provides places to stay to avoid this hassle. Not only this, but the facilities are a touch of luxury with a hot tub, outdoor swimming pool and tennis court.

This truly is one of the finest wedding venues I’ve had the pleasure of photographing.

I had the pleasure of visiting Boconnion recently as part of a photoshoot and what a delight it was. Situated at the end of a tree-lined drive, in an idyllic and secluded location, I came to the impressive, invitingly grand building, surrounded by an abundance of breathtaking country views. On exploring the grounds, there are many more delights – a beautiful house, wonderful outbuildings and the added luxuries of a swimming pool and tennis court.

Once inside, I was intrigued by every room, with special care being taken with everything, down to the finest detail, and the extraordinary bath in one of the many en-suites is truly an opulent statement.

The site is incredibly adaptable and will lend itself to many styles of wedding, from formal to festival, large to intimate, Bocconion’s exclusivity yet comfortable and welcoming feel make it such a wonderful venue.
