Launcells Barton was everything we could have ever hoped for in a wedding venue! From the moment we pulled up at the Manor House and had our initial show around, we knew we had to get married here! It’s in such an idyllic location with beautiful grounds and the perfect place to spend the weekend with our family and friends. Maddie was fantastic right through the whole planning process and the whole day ran seamlessly thanks to her! It really is an incredible venue and it will hold such special memories for us forever!

Could not recommend the wedding or team enough. Best day of our lives! After postponing twice they were with us and supported us every step of the way. We finally got married in November 2021 and felt like they were part of our family and not suppliers. Could not recommend them highly enough the venue is outstanding and team amazing. Also we were looking for a church wedding I walked to and from the church as it’s just down the hill from the venue.

From the moment we stepped out of the car we knew it was the place for us. What sealed the deal was when we met Lara who was so friendly, organised and helpful. It was clear she loved what she does and that we were in safe hands.

Questions we had were answered without the need to ask them. We booked our wedding between pandemics. Seeing how much Lara and the Launcells team cared about their couples weddings, their venue and the industry through their tireless campaigning just cemented further that we had made a great choice and this was a venue that really cared and would go the extra mile.

Due to covid we had a much longer engagement than we would have liked but it made the day even more special once it came round. Lara and Maddie were brilliant both in the run up and on the day. They were always responsive and were really helpful. Maddie in particular went the extra mile to help my mother in law with the delivery of three silver birch trees the week before the wedding that the supplier suddenly refused to deliver on a Friday. They were both present on the day and took care of everything. We were both able to switch off and enjoy the day knowing that everything was taken care of. Not easy for an event planner and someone who used to have their own wedding catering business to do, but a real testament to the Launcells team and all of our fab suppliers that day.

So many of our guests commented on what a fantastic venue it was. They loved that there was a flow and that different parts of the day were in different spaces and did not all take place in the one spot. Guests were never broken up due to the experienced Launcells team only keeping one bar open at a time. We even had people asking for Launcells details after the wedding for their son’s wedding it made that much of an impression. A huge thank you to Lara and the team for letting us use your stunning venue and grounds and for all of your help, hard work and support. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

From the moment we met Lara 4 1/2 years ago until our wedding day last Wednesday, they have been incredible. The venue is just beautiful with stunning locations whether it’s pouring with rain or streaming in sunshine. We had looked at a number of venues and nothing else came close. Lara has been a champion for the industry during the pandemic, her passion for not only her own business but for other suppliers is to be commended. We are so incredibly proud of her and grateful to her for standing up when others didn’t.

Maddie is just brilliant and together with Lara and Matt, every single need you have will be taken care of… even a quick re-arranging of the spanx is not too much trouble! You will be so well looked after and in our opinion you could not pick a better place to spend the happiest day of your life.

We are still smiling and will be forever grateful that we chose Launcells Barton.

From the moment we arrived on our initial visit we knew that Launcells Barton was the perfect place for us to celebrate our wedding with all our friends and family. The venue itself is so unbelievably beautiful, the house, the barns, the grounds, we fell in love with the place. Lara and Matt were so welcoming and excited about helping us achieve our wedding dreams! They provided lots of advice and recommendations, and using some of their amazing partner suppliers made things so easy for us!

Our wedding day was perfect, one of the best things was that on the actual day we enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. This was so important as we knew that we weren’t going to be able to relive the day, we wanted to make the most of it and it’s thanks to Lara, Matt and their team that we were able to do this. As well as the big things – epic venue, great hosts, beautiful accommodation etc. there were so many small details that made us feel really special. Launcells Barton is the ideal wedding venue and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We’d also like to thank Lara and Matt so much for giving us a day that we can look back on for the rest of our lives with such overwhelming happiness and joy.

The feelings of warmth, love, history and beauty we got whilst walking around the venue, we just knew this was where we were going to getting married. It was beyond perfect in every sense and everything we had been searching for in one.

The whole lead up to the wedding was faultless; Maddie and Lara kept the whole process in perfect order and we had absolute full trust in them and their experience – for us it was all pretty simple and stress free! From start to finish, our wedding day was just the most fun ever – we had no stress, no worries; Lara, Maddie and the team just took complete control which allowed us to just enjoy every single moment and we are so incredibly grateful for that!

Thank you so much for the most amazing day, there is absolutely nothing we would change, it was complete perfection. Launcells Barton will forever have the most special place in our hearts.

As soon as we visited Launcells Barton we knew we wanted to get married there. The venue itself is absolutely stunning – both barns, the courtyard, and the gardens are so beautiful and we particularly loved that guests would move around all the different spaces throughout the wedding day.

At most venues with wet weather options, there is one that is clearly a second choice, but at Launcells Barton all areas are just as stunning as the next. Also the fact that we could stay at the stunning house at the venue made it feel like a weekend long celebration.

I would honestly say that the most important thing when planning a wedding is working with suppliers and teams that you trust. After meeting Lara, and subsequently Maddy, at pre-wedding meetings I had no doubt that the wedding was going to be amazing as they so clearly knew exactly what they were doing. There are so many things to have to remember when planning and leading up to a wedding, but the system that Launcells Barton have in place made it so easy to make sure that everything was thought through. The team were always on hand to respond to queries and help with all aspects of planning.

Our wedding day was just incredible! The Launcells team looked after us so well and we can’t thank them enough. We were originally getting married in 2020 but had to postpone due to COVID. Lara and Maddie made this process completely seamless, even during what was a hard time for their business. We planned our wedding from Scotland which had its challenges but once again Lara and Maddie were wonderfully helpful. We’re incredibly grateful for all their support in making our day so special.

We and our guests were made to feel so welcome and felt at home in the beautiful house and grounds. Having access to the barns to set everything up the afternoon before and to stay in the Manor House were fantastic features of the Launcells wedding package that helped take a lot of stress out of the preparation.

On the day we were taken care of so well, the whole team looked after us and our guests with graceful professionalism. Our guests couldn’t have praised the team and venue any more for the experience they helped create on the big day. Our wedding day was exactly as we imagined as we and our guests were able to relax, enjoy ourselves and have so much fun dancing the night away.

We’d highly recommend Launcells Barton to anyone considering it for their wedding. We’ll be keeping our fingers crossed that we might get to go back as guests for another wedding in the future.
