Our Venue

Welcome to The Oak Barn, Frame Farm, our eco-friendly barn wedding and events venue nestled in an idyllic valley on the Kent and Sussex border within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The story of Frame Farm dates back to 1607, but it became our beloved family home in 2015. Since then, we have lovingly transformed it into a working farm and wedding and events venue, seamlessly blending heritage, contemporary design and environmental mindfulness to create a rustic yet modern space. The estate comprises The Oak Barn, The Byre, Pole Barn and Weavers’ Cottages, all thoughtfully designed with wheelchair accessibility, including one of our cottages. This inclusive feature adds a unique touch to your wedding experience, ensuring that every guest can seamlessly navigate and fully enjoy the happy occasion. With the addition of 22 acres of pristine gardens and grounds, our venue offers a truly breathtaking backdrop for bespoke wedding celebrations.

As a no-corkage venue, you can bring your own beverages if you wish. Alternatively, speak to our catering partners about their carefully curated selection, which includes local wines, craft beers, and bespoke cocktails.
