The Vibe
The Oak Barn Frame Farm is the perfect eco-venue for your bespoke wedding set in beautiful countryside.
Located at Frame Farm, a traditional farmstead of 25 acres, the recent restoration retains all the historic features and provides a stunning, versatile space for your wedding. The Oak Barn has a magnificent high vaulted roof, amazing views of the surrounding countryside and a cosy wood-burning stove, giving you every modern convenience in a beautifully traditional building that is perfect in all seasons.
The Byre and its terrace have breathtaking views down the valley and are ideal for hosting your civil ceremony, partnership or renewal of vows. Glass doors now enclose this open-fronted animal shelter. In fine weather, you can enjoy celebratory drinks on the terrace and around the lily pond.
The Pole Barn, their large open-fronted barn, offers a more rustic style and comes complete with fairy lights and power. Used as a wood store and home to a working 1956 Fordson Major tractor, the chopped wood, original oak door from The Oak Barn, and rusty decorative screens make this another unique location for nuptial vows, photographs and games within the farmyard.
The luxurious Weaver’s Cottages, dating from 1607, can accommodate 20 people and includes six cottages. Their sumptuous bridal cottages are perfect for brides and bridesmaids to prepare for their grand entrance.
