Why is Fulham Palace a perfect Spring venue..?

Set within 13 acres of rolling lawns and botanical gardens, Fulham Palace is the perfect setting for a wedding in the Spring months. The gardens are just coming into bloom and there are plenty of backdrops for the day, the wisteria on the main lawn is one of our personal favourites closely followed by the blossom lined path in our Walled Garden.

It’s all about bringing the outside in for Spring weddings. These months are the perfect time of year to take full advantage of rustic details which can be just as pretty as more refined styling. We love the idea of palettes and crates for flowers, wooden table plans and natural herb infused cocktails.

Think about your menu choices, April and May are fantastic months to take full advantage of the new season’s food. Be creative with it and unafraid to experiment with classics like asparagus and challenge your guests.

Food is at the very heart of what we do. One of our Brides this year completely transformed their drinks reception with delicious details. Natasha & Julian appealed to their guest’s senses with rosehips, pink peppercorns and cucumber in G&Ts during the reception. The perfect combination for Spring.

Flower chandeliers pull on our heartstrings and with an abundance of flowers in Spring we have seen plenty over the years.

Group shots in front of the wisteria make for the prettiest photos with a beautiful backdrop for lasting memories.
