When Caroline, hair & makeup artist behind Amazing Face, sent in these images by Peppermint Love Photography it was like breathing in the fresh Spring air… I adore the colour palette of subtle yellows, pretty pinks and fresh whites! I’m also a sucker for a tulip or two.

This styled shoot showcases the new barn at premier Dorset wedding venue, Axnoller.

Come and take a little peek!

Notes from Axnoller

Caroline:

For the new barn at Axnoller, we created a sumptuous high-end look, contrasting beautifully with the light farm-industrial look of the building, and in-keeping with the luxurious style of the rest of the venue.

We paired classic neutrals, blush and peach with flower-heavy designs, professional lighting and hundreds of candles! In a big space, good lighting is essential for creating atmosphere and really brings the larger floral arrangements to life.

The models were dressed in tactile, floaty gowns (lots of tulle!), so their flowers and accessories were chosen to give a feminine ballerina style. Foliage was used for some of the bouquets and hair flowers, to loosen the look and make it more wearable and current for today’s trends.

That space is amazing isn’t it! You can find more details about Axnoller over in our directory here.

Thank you so much to Caroline and the amazing team behind this shoot and a special mention to Peppermint Love Photography & Digital Bohemia Wedding Videography.

Lots of love…
