Their Roundhouse was (and still is!) the perfect setting for such memorable occasions, and if we took one thing from witnessing weddings through the pandemic it’s that small is mighty; in style, substance and pure joy!

Whilst we love big weddings, we don’t always love BIG wedding budgets, but what’s the alternative?

There is a new trend, that might solve all your budget and wedding planning problems – the micro-wedding. Micro weddings are nothing new, but they certainly have grown in popularity since COVID-19 and continue to grow due to the current economic landscape; couples are considering scaling back their wedding plans because of the cost-of-living crisis.

Considering the average wedding costs upwards of £30k, it’s little wonder that an increasing number of couples in the UK are seeking alternatives to a traditional 100-200 guest wedding. There is also no need to agonise or argue over the guest list, and feeling duty bound to invite (and pay for!) long lost relatives to attend and likely never be seen again.
