Hannah & Tom’s Elmore Court Wedding

Hannah & Tom opted for a cosy, winter wedding at this incredible country house in the Cotswolds and the warm, opulent and quirky interiors of Elmore suited this early February wedding perfectly. We may all be longing for those summer days, but there’s something so intimate and magical about a winter wedding folks… over to H&T.

Hannah says…

We chose a winter wedding and Elmore Court as we love the cosy, rustic vibe with open log fires.

My dress was from Brides of Berkhamstead who helped pick out the most beautiful dress. I went for a completely different style than I originally had in mind, but I always knew I wanted some lace detail. My shoes were simple block heel mules as I wanted to be comfy being on my feet all day! My accessories were very simple – I went for a small copper and pearl hairpiece with my hair in loose, relaxed waves.

My mum and I did the centrepieces and top table decorations. We used eucalyptus with real slabs of wood to give a rustic vibe. The GillyFlower was so beautiful we didn’t need to do much. On the top table we continued with the eucalyptus and added some copper candles. Flowers by Fay was my florist who did the bridal bouquet, bridesmaid’s bouquets and buttonholes.

The cake was a simple two tier with one layer of salted caramel and the other layer with white chocolate and raspberry. We made sure our sausage dog – Stanley – made an appearance on the cake!

Aline and Ricardo were amazing. We had never met them prior to the day but they made us feel at ease straight away. The photos and video were beautiful and they listened to exactly what we wanted.

Best part of the day

This is probably the most difficult question as I genuinely loved every minute of it!
