Here you will find our simple Terms and Conditions for The Annual. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply publications to you, whether these are digital downloads or printed content. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide publications to you and how to contact us if there is a problem.
Information about us and how to contact us
Who we are. We are Coco Wedding Collective Ltd.
How to contact us if you are a consumer. If you are using our UK site you can contact us by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
“Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
How we will accept your order. For our digital purchases these are handled through the publishing software Issuu. You will need to create a profile and purchase through this third party site.
You will be able to access your copy from the Purchases section in your Issuu account.
For our printed publications we will take payment through a third party software called Stripe. When you place your order we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, or because there is a failure in taking payment.
Availability of publications. Our printed magazine is published on a limited run and may not be available when you come to place your order. Where we are aware of this, we will notify you prior to an order being made.
Your invoice number. If you have purchased a printed magazine via Stripe we will assign an invoice number to you. It will help us if you can tell us the invoice number whenever you contact us about your order.
Delivery. For all printed magazine purchases we aim to dispatch the order within 5 working days via 1stclass.
Our rights to make changes
Minor changes to the publications. We may change the publication:
(a) to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and
(b) to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. These changes will not affect your use of the product.
Providing the publications
Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.
When we will provide the publications. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the publications to you.
If there is a problem with the publications
How to tell us about problems. If you have any questions or complaints about the publications, please contact us. You can write to us at email@example.com. Please provide us with as much information as possible so we can help with your query.
