Wennington Hall is a striking Grade II-listed, three-storey Tudor-style manor house complete with towers, turrets, spiral staircases, and Gothic arches. Surrounded by 17 acres of private gardens and grounds, it offers an unforgettable first impression as guests arrive. Its location in Wennington’s pretty Lune Valley village provides a romantic and refined countryside backdrop.
Ceremonies can take place inside the light-filled Garden Room, which seats up to 140 and is framed by large windows and a soft, neutral palette. For those dreaming of an outdoor celebration, the Wedding Pavilion sits in the grounds with uninterrupted views across the estate, ideal for open-air vows surrounded by nature.
Receptions unfold in the Main Hall, where tall arched windows fill the space with daylight and views stretch out over the gardens. French doors lead directly onto a private terrace lined with elegant planters and evening feature lighting, offering the perfect spot for drinks and photographs before the evening party begins.
There are 19 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, allowing guests to stay on site and continue the celebrations into the next day. Each room blends modern comfort with the character of the building, and further accommodation is planned as part of the venue’s considered restoration.
The venue’s location allows guests to explore the surrounding countryside, with the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, and Ribble Valley all within easy reach.
