Villa Michaela

Located in the charming village of Vorno, at the foothills of Monte Pisano, Villa Michaela offers a convenient location for couples planning their wedding. Situated just a short drive from Pisa Airport, with Lucca only 10 minutes away and Florence within an hour’s reach, this venue provides easy access to these picturesque Italian destinations.

Venue hire includes three nights’ accommodation for up to 35 guests across 17 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, with breakfast included each morning.

Guests have exclusive use of the villa throughout their stay, with plenty to enjoy beyond the celebrations. There’s an 18m x 12m swimming pool, tennis court and olive groves, as well as a pizza oven, trampoline, table tennis and snooker. On-site parking is available for up to 30 cars.

The villa team speaks English, Italian, French, German and Portuguese.

In-house catering is available for weddings of up to 100 guests; menus are available on request. Couples may also bring in their own external caterers, but food trucks are not permitted.

Catering is not included in the venue hire price.

Villa Michaela is well placed for exploring Tuscany, with regular daytime buses connecting the village with Lucca city centre and the railway station.

Further afield, guests can explore Pisa, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi and the Cinque Terre, with Florence, Siena and the Chianti region also within reach.

Closer to home, the village has a family-run trattoria just an eight-minute walk from the villa, which is a popular spot for an informal get-together on the first evening.
