The Setting
Twyning Park is located on the Worcestershire/Gloucestershire border, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Twyning.
Drive over the cattle grid at the start of the village past the quaint cottages, the village green and the Village Inn pub and just before the river quay and the Fleet Inn you will find the entrance to their tree-lined driveway. Overlooking the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside, you will discover the little oasis that is Twyning Park.
Twyning is conveniently located a few minutes from Junction 8 of the M5 and Junction 1 of the M50 giving excellent access to those travelling from further afield. Just 20 minutes from Cheltenham and Worcester, an hour from Bristol and Birmingham, and a short 15 minute drive to the new Worcestershire Parkway station offering excellent rail links across the country.

Their dedicated and experienced family team work with you to create a day that perfectly reflects you as a couple, your story and your wishes.
Exclusive, flexible and friendly. They only host a small number of weddings per year which allows the team to work closely with their couples to create something that is truly bespoke to them. From an intimate elopement for two to a grand marquee celebration for 200; they have three beautiful ceremony rooms, two marquee (or similar structure) sites and several areas available for outdoor ceremonies.
An example of a wedding there is a three day / two night exclusive use period, where friends and family call Twyning Park home. They have seven bedrooms available sleeping up to 17 guests, and a list of further recommended accommodation locally.
Arrive on day one and relax into your surroundings, day two is the big day and on day three couples are encouraged to continue the celebrations with brunch on the terrace or a barbecue in the river meadow. For the more adventurous there’s paddle boarding and canoeing available, alternatively a gentle walk to historic Tewkesbury might be just the ticket, or just soaking up the beautiful surrounding for those who prefer the day after to be a little more relaxed.

Twyning Park has built an excellent extended team of recommended suppliers over the years who they value and love to work with. However, you are also free to source your own suppliers. They never charge corkage and can provide additional bar services or staff at your request.
Twyning village has a very well equipped village stores, plus a Post Office and two pubs. The Village Inn is situated on the village green and is a quintessentially traditional village pub. The Fleet Inn overlooks the River Avon and is more of a gastro pub style. This is the perfect location for dinner the night before the wedding and there are rooms available for wedding guests. The added bonus is that the Fleet Inn is also accessed via a private gateway at the bottom of the garden of Twyning Park.
Twyning Park also has direct access to the River Avon via their river meadow, moorings and slipway. They are also able to facilitate and offer water sports such as paddle boarding and canoeing. Couples have also taken advantage of the beautiful waterside location by arriving by boat or hiring the local ferry for a champagne cruise along the river.
