At The Towers, every moment is an opportunity for joy and connection in a setting that seamlessly blends history with modern celebration.
Truly the most special and unique location to celebrate your nuptials…
The Towers is a beautiful and impressive early 18th century home which fronts onto the Solent and even has its own jetty. It is also right in the heart of Yarmouth – a historic harbour town with a pretty church and plenty of eateries and accommodation.
We were fortunate to celebrate our wedding at The Towers with 120 friends and family. We hosted the reception in a large marquee on the lawns and launched the celebrations with drinks overlooking the sea – an enchanting start, and we partied long into the night!
The Towers is exceptional and offers the beauty and luxury of a high-end hotel but remains relaxed and informal with the opportunity to make your day ‘yours’. You will also benefit from having John Caulcutt onboard – he has a lifetime of experience and talent in hosting remarkable events and embraces the challenge of making your day memorable and distinct!
Towers was an absolute dream venue for our Wedding. We officially married in The George Hotel in Yarmouth and then celebrated with friends and family at the Towers on the most magical evening.
Olivia and her bridal party arrived by boat to the cheers and waves of 100 guests stationed on the tower’s sea wall. The private jetty replaced the traditional aisle, and we met under the cedar tree to reaffirm our vows and get the jubilations underway.
There was plenty of room for an outdoor bar, a generously sized Marquee and our catering team mini marquee with plenty of room to spare. John‘s experience with events in the Towers garden made it easy to organise the event, and he was always on hand to help if We needed anything, including when our marquee company had decided they had double booked us and could no longer provide a marquee. John’s contacts were crucial to helping this get resolved. Also, John kindly offered us the use of various striking parts of the house for photos, which was greatly appreciated.
The day itself was fondly remembered by all of us; I distinctly remember watching the most beautiful sunset from the sea wall as the evening celebrations commenced. The venue and its location blew our guests away. It meant so much for us to have our whole wedding in Yarmouth; this was the dream location and all We could have wished for.
The Towers was truly the most magical place to host our reception after getting married at St. James’ Church in Yarmouth. Its unique and impressive façade, beautiful seafront gardens and convenient location ticked all the boxes. Our 120 guests only had to walk a few minutes from the church before they were sipping Champagne in the sunshine while looking out at the famous Yarmouth Pier, an array of boats and the beautiful Solent.
We felt lucky to arrive by boat using The Tower’s jetty – a real luxury for a British wedding! We were greeted by our guests waving from The Tower’s sea wall; it was a sight we won’t forget! Fresh lobsters also arrived by boat onto the jetty before being cooked in front of the guests. The stunning gardens allowed plenty of space for our generously sized marquee and outdoor space for musicians and oyster shuckers, an outdoor bar, and plenty of seating.
Being in the historic town centre, it was only a short walk for our guests to return to their accommodation, which was incredibly helpful.
We had the wedding we had dreamed of and benefitted from using The Towers Gardens for a garden party the following day.
The Towers is second to none as a wedding location, and we would highly recommend it to other couples looking for an unrivalled setting to create an unforgettable day.
Thank you for allowing us to host our wedding at The Towers.
We feel immensely privileged and grateful that we could host it in such an incredible location… indeed, the weather gods were kind to us, ensuring we could make the most of the fantastic space.
Our guests loved it, and we’re going through many photos and videos now, reminiscing over such a memorable weekend.
