The Garden Room

We wanted a venue that was local and ready-made in terms of beautiful décor, onsite catering and support to organise it all. The Garden Room is such a unique venue, and you’d never guess you were in the middle of the city, but being so central made it easier for all our visiting guests. The day went brilliantly, and still, nearly two months on, we can’t think of anything we’d change. The staff were so helpful both in the planning and on the day. We felt very special and excited! In particular, everyone commented on the beautiful spaces and tasty food.

We just want to take this time to thank you for everything, the evening was absolutely amazing. Thanks to the whole team, all the bar and waiting staff, Dave, Nathan, everyone was just brilliant. Honestly, the Biscuit Factory is truly luckily to have you all. We are so glad we chose our special evening to be held at The Biscuit Factory. It will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

The Garden room is a beautiful venue, and the staff made it look extra special, helping with the layout and decoration. Food was wonderful – we had afternoon tea for the wedding breakfast and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all. In the evening, we had hand-made pizzas from their on-site pizza oven, which were also brilliant. The staff could not do enough with superb support in preparation and fantastic service throughout the day. Special mention to Louise and Dave, who were absolute wonders. No understatement to say every guest commented on how beautiful the venue was and what a fantastic time they had – thank you so much to their entire team!

I can’t say enough about how amazing this venue is! We were looked after by Yasmine who made us feel instantly at ease at our first show round and nothing was ever too much trouble for. All our guests, and especially the bridesmaids, were commenting on how lush she is, and she genuinely felt like one of the girlies.

The venue itself is unbeatably stun and the staff were all amazing and such good vibes, everything went off without a hitch and we couldn’t have been happier! Pricing was super reasonable for what we got, but we’d have happily spent a million to get married here.

Absolutely no regrets in booking the Garden Room and we’re even trying to convince our engaged friends to copy us just so we can hang out there again!

We had the most incredible wedding in The Garden Room – all the staff ensured the entire day ran smoothly and to our liking, and we got so many compliments on the food. It really was the perfect space for us and our guests!

We recently had our wedding at The Biscuit Factory, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The venue and staff truly exceeded our expectations and made our day absolutely perfect! Huge thanks to Jonny, Dave and the fantastic team that hosted us on the day. They went above and beyond, from saving my brother-in-law’s meal while he looked after my baby nephew to wrapping up our decorations and cake with great care (particularly difficult as our flowers were made of LEGO!). Their friendly and professional attitude was noticed by many of our guests, who were full of compliments. The food was a highlight. They created a fully vegan 3-course menu (with a choice of dishes for each course) for us, which was absolutely delicious and excellent quality. Most of our guests aren’t vegan and they were blown away by the food, it was wonderful to be able to show how great vegan food can be. If you’re looking for a venue with a dedicated and caring team, we highly recommend them!

The whole experience, from the first look around, was just absolutely amazing. The events team are so friendly and accommodating, and I never felt like anything was a stupid question. They bent over backwards to make sure our wedding day went beautifully and worked really well with the suppliers that we had. The food was delicious, and the guests all commented about how lovely the venue was, but most importantly to us, they were comfortable and had a good time.
