Most ceremonies take place in The Buttery, a beautifully restored oak-framed barn dating back to the 16th century. Originally used to store food, wine and ale for the neighbouring manor house, it now provides a warm, intimate setting where original timber beams, natural textures and soft daylight create a sense of history without feeling formal.

During the warmer months, The Terrace offers an outdoor ceremony space enclosed by ancient stone walls and open skies. For larger celebrations, or for couples drawn to a more contemporary aesthetic, The Glasshouse provides a light-filled alternative, where floor-to-ceiling glazing creates an ever-changing backdrop of gardens and sky.

Prepared in an authentic Ole Hickory Pits smoker imported from Texas, meats are slowly cooked over wood smoke to develop rich flavour before being served with generous sharing dishes.
