Standard venue hire rates vary depending on the day of the week, month, and year you’re looking at. The current rates range from £3,200 (incl. VAT) to £7,800 (incl. VAT).

Exclusive use of the Barns (Threshing Barn, Grain Store, Sheep Shed, Cart Lodge) for your wedding day from 10am to the end of the evening
Exclusive use of the venue grounds of top lawn and courtyard
Use of their secret garden, fields and woodland for your couple photographs
Their professional and experienced wedding coordinators will help you from initial enquiry through to the morning after
Their venue staff and bar staff on your wedding day
Use of the Hay Barn honeymoon suite on your wedding day from 11am (for getting ready) and including the night of the wedding to the following morning, with complimentary continental breakfast
Furniture including chairs and tables (trestle or round tables)
Ceremony set up – The Barn at Upcote doesn’t charge you extra if you would like to have your ceremony onsite
Fully stocked and staffed bar which accepts cash, card, contactless and Apple payment
Fairy light curtain in the Grain Store and fairy lights on the beams in the Sheep Shed (Bar)
Use of their Bluetooth speakers and PA system for your music and speeches throughout the day
Removal of your decorations to a handy storage area for you to collect the next morning

Words cannot describe how perfect this venue is. We first viewed the barn back in November 2019 and fell in love with it the moment we saw it even in the pouring rain.
