With the option to exclusively hire just the House and grounds or add on the spa and poolhouse, the hotel and grounds are the perfect size for intimate weddings of up to 40 guests and provide the ultimate backdrop for a special day with your closest friends and family.

The hotel lends itself to a house party wedding, allowing the wedding couple, family, and friends to take over the whole hotel exclusively for the night (or two… or more).

Get married in the cosy lounge, enjoy drinks overlooking the vale, dine in the gorgeous garden room, and head to the pool house for alfresco cocktails at sunset before retiring to the main house to party the night away.

We had the most fabulous day on Friday 26th April and couldn’t have hoped for it to have gone any better. The staff on duty that day did a wonderful job and ensured that everything ran smoothly and on time, so please say a big thank you to them. Maison Talbooth is a beautiful venue for a wedding and in such a pretty location. It’s lovely to have the pool house to adjourn to as well, as it gives another dimension to the proceedings. The walk down through the grounds is nice too. Our guests loved their rooms and it was so nice that they were all different and very individual as well as being very spacious. The wedding meal was very nice and we were happy with our choices. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Maison Talbooth for a wedding and were so pleased that we had ours there.

Now that our wedding is over we just had to send you an email to thank everyone at the Maison Talbooth for making our day just perfect. From start to finish we had a fantastic time and this was helped by all the amazing staff at the hotel.
