Sandhole Oak Barn is a family-run country wedding venue in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside. For rural bliss and a delightful rustic escape, this breathtaking barn is the perfect place to celebrate your special day and is yours exclusively for a truly bespoke wedding. With rolling fields all around, Sandhole Oak Barn feels miles away from anywhere yet is easily reached, making it the ideal place for any country-loving couple to hold their big day.
The traditional barn stands proud beside the peaceful lake and surrounding greenery. The oak beams and frame offer an authentic feel, while floor-to-ceiling windows let the light flood in. Tie the knot in the Ceremony Barn with lake views before you. For something truly different, you could hold your ceremony outside under the majestic oak Clock Tower just a few feet from the lake.
Celebrate in the Dining Barn, ideal for wedding breakfasts and evening receptions for 40 to 140 guests. The lakeside Dining Barn offers a cosy atmosphere in the colder months with underfloor heating. You and your guests can then take to the verandah overlooking the water with a glass of bubbly and delicious canapés to toast your newlywed status. In the winter, the barn provides plenty of space to mingle with your guests while enjoying the stunning views through the windows. As well as exclusive use of the Oak Barn, you will also have the Small Barn to enjoy. This characterful space sits just a few metres away and is ideal for welcoming guests before your vows, entertaining younger guests, or unwinding with your nearest and dearest at the end of the evening.
Exclusive use of the entire venue gives you access to the gorgeous bridal dressing room and Shepherd Hut from 9am and all 17 beautifully restored guestrooms onsite at Sandhole Farm B&B, providing accommodation for up to 40 of your guests.
Offering a wide choice of mouth-watering menu options, their in-house caterers and wedding coordinators will assist you in all aspects of your wedding planning and ensure a stress-free wedding day.
