Redhouse Barn

We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for making our wedding day so perfect. I cannot recommend you guys and Redhouse Barn enough to anyone. We loved it from the second we had our visit with Olivia (we love her) and she was so friendly, right through to coming back to collect our things the day after the wedding.

Everything was perfect, all our guests commented saying not only was it the best wedding food they had ever had, in general just some of the best food ever – which we obviously already knew but it was lovely to hear from everyone else! Lots of our friends commented on your lovely staff and waitresses and how great they were. They really took care of everyone, which really does make the day so special. We can’t wait to get all our professional pictures back to show off the stunning venue. Anyway, just to say thank you all so much. It was really perfect from start to finish and we really wish we could do it all again, or that the time slowed down on the day to take it all in!

I have recently been both florist and guest at a Wedding at Redhouse Barn and was completely overwhelmed by the hospitality, care professionalism and kindness shown by Jane and Karen in our preparations for the big day. The Wedding celebrations were faultless, immaculate attention to detail from beginning to end. Can’t recommend Redhouse Barn highly enough.

The wedding planning experience was definitely not what we would have predicted with Covid and yet, in spite of it all, you managed to give us the perfect day! We were blown away by your flexibility and ability to accommodate to the ever changing rules and guidelines! Thank you for everything you did to make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. The barn and grounds looked beautiful and have made for some really stunning photos. Every single one of our guests has at one time or other commented on how wonderful Redhouse Barn was and the amazing quality of your hospitality. All of your Staff and team did you so proud and we really cannot thank you enough! We are only sad we can’t do it all over again, but if we ever needed the perfect venue, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

The perfect winter wedding venue.

A beautiful venue for a winter wedding, the food was outstanding and the service you get from the whole team is so good, they think of everything and are so organised and professional, you literally don’t have to think of a thing, they do everything and make you feel so special.

We would highly recommend this venue for a wedding. Stunning venue and grounds, friendly helpful staff, amazing food and a very reasonable bar, what more could you ask for.

We got married at Redhouse Barn on 26th October 2019. I am rubbish at leaving reviews however whilst reminiscing on our 1st wedding anniversary, it reminded me that I really should have written a review about how incredible our day was! We chose an Autumn wedding due to not wanting to rely on weather and therefore wanted a venue that could accommodate beautiful outdoors but more importantly a cosy indoors to forget about the bad weather. This is exactly what Redhouse Barn provided. Every one of our guests commented on what a beautiful day it was which really is credit to Redhouse as the weather was definitely not on our side however once arriving at the venue, no one would have known. In addition to it being a beautiful venue, the staff on the day were so attentive to everyone’s needs that a number of the guests came to tell me about how amazing the service was. The food was also incredible and catered to additional needs like last minute changes to dietary requirements. The organisation of the day was flawless and I really could not fault our wedding there!

We viewed a few other venues before visiting here but Redhouse was the only venue where it felt like we didn’t feel like just another customer on a wedding conveyor belt. There really is a family approach at Redhouse, Jane & Karen welcomed us in, helped us work within our budget, supporting us through all the stress of COVID-postponements and really listening to what WE wanted for our wedding day (not just choose a price package like at so many other venues!).

Redhouse & Morgan’s went above and beyond to personalise our day, from creating a fully vegetarian menu based on our favourite veggie comfort foods to changing their xmas decorations to match our theme (which saved us a fortune in venue decorating)! The Master of Ceremonies that comes with the venue is worth his weight in gold, everyone agreed that he really helped the day flow with good humour and bundles of kindness – including reassuring my Mum before walking her down the aisle, thank you!

The honeymoon suite was well worth the extra money, it’s a beautiful space and breakfast was delicious. There’s so much more I could say from the gorgeous gardens to the COVID safety measures to the fabulous contractor recommendations lists, but basically this place will take you under their wing and make your day special for you and your guests. Everyone loved it. 1000000% recommend.

We cannot thank you all enough for everything you all did to make our wedding happen. We appreciate the work that goes into arranging a wedding in normal times, but the effort, care and love that you poured into our day was incredible. You gave us the magical day we had been planning and wishing for – we want to do it all again! Thank you, thank you, thank you (and thank you to all the catering and bar staff too, they were great!)

What an amazing venue for a wedding! You looked after us from the minute we arrived in the pouring rain, your fabulous MC guided us through the day, your catering staff were wonderful and so attentive, all of the food was absolutely stunning… In fact nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly say that this is the most wonderful wedding I have been to ( I know I’m biased being Mother of the Bride!) and I don’t think there will be another wedding to match our special day. Thank you all so much for making such special memories! Fabulous Barn and fabulous team!

Six months since we celebrated our wedding day at Redhouse Barn and it feels impossible to portray quite the level of responsiveness, diligence and attention to detail that Jane, Karen and Anthony (Morgan’s Catering) and the rest of the team at Redhouse Barn put in to ensuring that our wedding day was all that we hoped it would be.

The ever-changing COVID restrictions meant that it was never entirely certain what/how the day may look for us and our guests but the team worked incredibly hard and demonstrated great flexibility to ensure that everything ran smoothly. From our arrival at the barn we had the wedding we had dreamed of and any remaining restrictions were barely noticeable. Many of our guests have commented how the venue and staff helped them feel safe and able to enjoy the day and the wonderful setting and we cannot thank all the staff enough for helping make our big day so special.

Redhouse Barn is a beautiful venue, spacious and airy, with thoughtfully designed indoor spaces. The grounds are wonderful and make for beautiful photograph opportunities and the bridal prep room and honeymoon cottage provided us with the perfect space to take time to absorb the details and precious moments from the day. As many reviews before us have said, the catering and service provided by Morgan’s is second-to-none! Being able to work with Anthony to design a wedding breakfast which incorporated all of our favourite foods was fantastic and the catering team were perfectly attentive – I don’t think we saw a single empty glass all day! If we were to do it all again, we would happily choose Redhouse Barn every time.

Where to start! Our wedding was cancelled 5pm the night before due to the government’s announcement that all hospitality was to close. To say we were devastated was an understatement but Redhouse Barn have been nothing short of amazing. They vowed even before lockdown to help and support us and they have, I honestly cant thank Jane & Karen and all of their lovely team enough, especially in these uncertain times where understandably they have their own concerns.

We whole heartedly trust them and we are so glad that we chose Redhouse Barn to host the most important day of our lives.
