The wonderful Grade II-listed house in rural Kent is available for exclusive use for two or three nights, making it the perfect weekend wedding venue.
There are plenty of opportunities for maximising the spaces available. Each has breathtaking views of the Kent countryside.
You can choose from two options for an outdoor legal ceremony or blessing, and there is an indoor option at the Coach House. If you prefer a church ceremony, the Church of the Holy Cross is just a few minute’s stroll through the gardens. There are also three locations for your drinks reception before moving to the Orangery Marquee for dining and dancing.
Set in the heart of the Kent countryside, Goodnestone is under an hour by train from London (or 90 minutes by car) and under a 30-minute drive from Dover.

The impressive dining room can seat 24 for a wedding rehearsal dinner the night before, and the library is the ideal spot for pre-dinner cocktails. The garden dining table, which also seats 24 and overlooks the rolling countryside, can provide the perfect spot for a more relaxed BBQ option on a sunny evening.
The luxury timber-framed, Italian-inspired Orangery Marquee, custom-made by Bohemia Canvas, provides the ultimate space to host your wedding breakfast, followed by an evening on the dance floor. The Orangery Marquee has a fully fitted sound system, uplighters, festoon lighting, tables and chairs offering a variety of layouts and heating. With windows along one side of the Orangery Marquee, guests can continue to enjoy the views while dining on a menu of delightful food.
At Goodnestone Park, no corkage fees apply, giving you the freedom to supply your own drinks for the day. You also have the option to choose from four preferred catering companies, giving you the flexibility to plan a day that is unique to you.
The bridal suite is one of the largest and finest in Kent. The 12-bedroom house also boasts a bridal prep room with light streaming through large windows, providing the perfect light for hair, makeup, and getting-ready photos. Spread across three floors, there is plenty of space for both parties to use the house without bumping into each other on the morning of the wedding!

Ahead of your special day, award-winning resident coordinators, The Wedding Dolls, will work with you to ensure that you have a stress-free planning journey and that everything is in place for a smooth-running wedding weekend. The Wedding Dolls will support you via their exclusive Personal Planning Software and be available via phone and email. In the run-up to the wedding, they will liaise with all suppliers and then manage the schedule on the day so that you can relax and enjoy every moment.

The Bronte Suite (Bridal Preparation Suite)
Sip champagne with loved ones and truly savour those final moments before walking down the aisle. Hawkstone Hall provides you with a breath-taking space to make all of your bridal and bridesmaid preparations on the morning of your wedding day. A huge, light and airy space, the Bridal Wing offers individual hair and make-up stations, comfortable seating, dress hanging rails, personal Butler service for the bride the night before, and the day of her wedding and space to enjoy a relaxed breakfast buffet, whilst you sit back and anticipate all that is to come.
It’s very important that you get a good night’s sleep before your wedding day, with that in mind you will be truly spoilt in their Bridal Preparation Suite, and with an enormous 7ft ‘Emperor’ size bed, you can rest assured that you’re in for glorious night’s sleep.
The Cave
Brides have the luxury of their own preparation wing on the morning of their big day, so we thought it fair that they design a little somewhere special for their Groom’s too!
The Man Cave provides a cool and luxurious space for the gents to make all of their pre-wedding preparations in! Boasting a flat screen tv, PlayStation, pool table, fussball table, arcade game and it’s own lounging area, Grooms are in for a real treat from the moment they arrive.
Your Love Buggy
Their beloved love buggy enables you to access the most picturesque parts of our gardens for your wedding photographs, with minimal walking required. Their driver will escort you to any areas that your photographer wishes to access during your drink’s reception. This is a wonderful way of saving time that you should be with your loved ones and ensuring your beautiful dress remains in pristine condition throughout the day. The apple orchard, secret garden, and lily pond, all provide the most beautiful backdrops for those ever-lasting moments.
The Gardens
Their 88 acres of magnificent gardens have been lovingly nurtured by their in-house gardening team for a number of years. Perfectly pruned and kept, to the standard you would expect on the grounds of such a prestigious building, the gardens provide a wonderful setting for all of your celebrations.

The Setting
The Barns at Hunsbury Hill is the perfect venue for your wedding ceremony and reception. This hidden gem overlooks the spectacular countryside of rural South Northamptonshire and is in an idyllic quiet location, full of unique character with converted farm buildings, courtyard and landscaped lawns.
Only 3 miles from Northampton town centre and Junction 15, M1.
The Vibe
This exclusive use wedding venue is a beautiful 18th Century barn conversion, sympathetically modernised but still retaining its original rustic charm with exposed wooden beams, stonework and solid wood floors.
The Barns make a perfect backdrop; the rustic charm of exposed beams and brick give a warm intimate vibe. Not to mention their High Barn looks great against your decor, whether it be filled with tissue paper pompoms, jam jars of country flowers wrapped in lace, oodles of bunting, or left simple and elegant.
They can easily accommodate up to 85 guests for a Civil Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast and up to 180 guests for an evening reception with a fully licensed bar located in a heated and covered patio area leading from the main barn.
