The Vibe
Relaxed, rustic, elegance. This 160 acre estate is entirely yours to enjoy across a three day period.
The Grand Barn is licensed for civil ceremonies. Built as the farm’s winter machinery barn they have a large open area perfect for intimate ceremonies and an evening spent dancing the night away. The barn is a labyrinth of cosy corners and lounges for intimate chats and alternative dining options. The barn is tastefully decorated with period furniture and vintage lighting to create a timeless ambience.
Their south facing stone terrace follows the sun around The Grand Barn creating the perfect outdoor space for dancing, dining or sipping champagne. Their ornamental cast iron pergola at the rear allows the space to be covered for protection against the rain or sun allowing year round use of the outdoors and views of the estate. Draped in chandeliers, the ambient light means the terrace can be enjoyed into the evening.
They have five beautiful stables on the estate, adjacent to the Parlour and the Grand Barn. This rustic space is available for drinks receptions on the day of your wedding. The Stables also gives us the unique ability to cater for equestrian weddings. A private groom will be provided for the weekend to care for your horse or horses, meaning you can ride or simply spend moments with your horse on your special day. Expertise is borrowed from their neighbouring sister farm and equestrian centre, owned and run by the family for over seventeen years.
The estate benefits from two onsite properties. The farm’s former milking parlour has been transformed into some truly exceptional accommodation. Offering living and dining, three bedrooms and a preparation space with panoramic views across the lake. This stand alone property will become your home for the weekend as you enjoy the first moments of the rest of your lives together.
The Willow Marsh Farm Cottage will be available from 2022. This former estate workers cottage offers three double bedrooms with kitchen and ample dining space for your overnight guests as well as a snug with wood burning stove. Perched at the edge of the lake and only metres from the Parlour it is a perfect option for your wedding party, family or friends.
